Angry Buffalos 28

Cowardly Lions 21

Bills pull the upset on the road. My father as a kid told me in sports sometimes the other team makes great plays (which their allowed to you) and you lose. That is how I chalk up last week, great game which for the first time in a while we ended up on the wrong side of the coin. Stafford is the best passing QB in the NFC and that offense healthy is really dynamic. The Bills CBs were in the spot to make good plays they just got beat by better ones. Hasn't happened much all year, the d line was not good, but again it happens so I think Buffalo is now being undervalued heading into Detroit.

Buffalo jumps to a 14-0 lead early as Josh gets Cooper on a 40 yard TD and then a turnover sees a Kincaid TD for 7 more points. Detroit closes it to 14-7 as Goff gets a screen to Montgomery for TD and it is 14-7 early 2nd quarter. Allen leads the Bills offense on a long time killing drive to make it 21-7 as Cook runs it end but Bass misses the FG. Detroit gets a FG before half to make it 21-10. Detroit gets the ball out of half but their drive stalls in the redzone and they have to settle for another FG making it 21-13. The Bills drive but have to also settle for a FG attempt which is missed by Bass entering the 4th quarter. Detroit rallies and goes down the field for a TD to Laporta and they convert the 2 pt conversion to tie it up. Josh and the offense answer on a 6 minute drive finishing with a Coleman TD on 3rd and goal. Detroit fail to answer as their drive sputters on 4th down on the Buffalo 30 and the Bills run out the clock on their biggest victory of the year.

Allen 23-29 285 3 TDs 17 rush yds

Cook 87 yds 1 TD

Cooper 125 yds 5 rec 1 TD

Did you mean Bass missed the XP to make it 20, not 21?

I just don’t trust Goff…he seems to have issues against defenses that are good at disguising coverages presnap which is one of our few strengths lol

its a team game but the guy throwing the ball could lose it/win it single handedly

I don't watch Goff a lot and have never noticed that weakness.  I hope it becomes obvious even to folks like me on Sunday.

I was right last week... I am sad and embarrassed by it... thus I am giving myself a 1 week suspension from this thread... and changing the mojo...

this is a team we historically beat regardless of any other factors

we have lost to them 3 times since 1991 - in an overtime loss - then in 94 and 06.

the bills lead the series 7-4-1.

He is a excellent pocket passer IF he does not have to move. He has stone feet otherwise and if he is not comfy you can get him off rhythm quickly. Lions have a great o line and OC to cover that so he is rolling.

23-19 Bills win a nailbiter. Both O’s settle down and face D’s that came to play, resulting in a more grinding it out type of game…
