I get the emails offering exciting contests to win autographed footballs etc... but as a Canadian STH I can't enter them... so yes, they can always give you less.

Maybe they’ll give you guys first dibs if the Toronto Series returns…?

Man, sounds like some crappy gifts considering your time, heart & soul, and financial investment.

At least you have season tickets though. Hope you will be rewarded with a belated gift in early February!

Technically don't have to offer anything...

What do you think they should give you

A shoot out win for once, would be nice.

I also received the 30% off. I think there is a 25% sale going on now so not much of a gift.

A couple of other examples of Pegula's cheapness:

1. For my 20th anniversary, they sent me 1 silver coin. I have 4 seats and my group was disappointed they didn't get one.

2. We spent 24K on PSL's in the new stadium. We signed up at the Stadium Experience. You would have thought they would have thrown us some tshirts or mugs or something that showed that we renewed. Instead, we were asked to sign a glass wall that will be displayed at the new stadium. I don't know if it is them being cheap or it is just laziness on their part. It is the little details to matter.

It's obvious that the Fan Advisory Board is no longer a thing.  It was created out of this exact kind of thing - something so clueless from some marketing person that had the exact wrong effect with the fan base.  I contacted the team about that one which led to a long discussion with someone in the customer relations office.  I suggested they put together a focus group of fans to run this kind of thing by so that they don't screw the pooch again and the Fan Advisory Board was born.  I was on the first one and we did some great work with the team.  It was a known thing, we did interviews on WGR, they took our advice and things improved.  For a while...

I'll continue saying this though - I believe much of this degradation of STM/fan relations is due to the absence of Kim Pegula at the top of the hierarchy.  She was the voice for fans in the front office.

People say Ralph was cheap, the Pegulas are cheaper.

Their Family Lifestyle is a bit more grand than Ralph and his Taurus.

But, to be fair, a pandemic never forced Ralph to halt the build on his yacht.

Y'know, I think Ralph rented the Taurus and stayed at the Buffalo Country Club when he was here.

They have cots over at that club?  Isn't it a 9 hole muni?

My favorite gift was the Christmas postcard they sent in 2009 with a picture of Brian Moorman punting from the endzone during their 6-3 loss to the Browns.

That's some world class trolling by the team there!

Unfortunately yes...the Bills did I deed kuse to the browns 6 to 3.  I clearly remember telling my wife there was more entertainment in the stands than on the field.

As an aside, they had planned on having some sort of ceremony to honor Ralph during halftime...it got postponed because that day was Al"all about the fans".

They then sent us this lovely post card to entice ys to renew our season tickets...good times lol
