Fire McD and Hire Belichek after we lose AGAIN in the playoffs

if mcd truly is good not great there’s a better shot he gets some good fortune and wins a superbowl than a full reload under a first time hc being successful and that competitive in Josh’s prime..  single game elimination playoffs really are a bit more luck based than anyone cares to admit 

McD is not going to get any "good fortune" defensively with the way he runs his zone. Nacua absolutely eviscerated Sean's zone tonight.  He was open all night. Throw in our usual mediocre pass rush and game over.  Groot, AJE, Von and Ed combined for a whopping ZERO sacks against an almost 37 yr old qb.  Embarrassing.....

So much of our offense is off schedule. It’s hard to give all that to Brady. But I do think he’s done a great job focusing our offense on being a two point team vs the three point style we used to play. Josh didn’t need more reason to play Favre ball. This system really balances him.

Maybe they should’ve promoted him…I mean he did make the playoffs with Daniel Jones.  Who know, maybe they’ll eventually get him an actual QB down there in Jersey to see what he can really do…
 

Either way, I’d rather not keep playing musical chairs at OC just to keep the same ol’ bend over but don’t break it McDefense that almost always gets shredded by elite QBs, especially in the post season.

I agree completely. IMO I don't think Brady is a special OC. He's good but I think he's good because he has Allen and had Burrow is college. That's just my feeling. I see Ben Johnson and yes the Lions have a great O-Line... but so do the Bills. I hope he has a similar mindset to Campbell and the Bills sneakily have good weapons too. I'm just tried of the Defensive HC burning early picks on a D-Line that underwhelms and watching this defense get picked apart in the playoffs.

McD has hit his ceiling. I’d bet my house that we never win the Super Bowl with him as HC. We are wasting Josh’s prime years. This isn’t a knee jerk reaction to this game. This is something I’ve been saying for multiple years. This game is case in point as to why. 
 

Sean has done great things and turned this franchise around. And I’m extremely thankful for that. But if we want to win it all, we need someone clutch. Someone who doesn’t cave when it matters most. Sean isn’t that guy. And I highly doubt he ever will be. 
 

Drastic times call for drastic measures. Staying the course in this case isn’t going to push this team over the hump. Sean gets Out coached consistently. Do you actually think he’s going to out coach Reid or McVay or even Dan Campbell when it matters??? Ha! No chance.

McDermott is a very good regular season coach. Nobody would argue that. But in the playoffs against better teams and coaches he continues to fall short. His defense's get abused every time against a good QB/offense.

Belichick will punt on a lot of fourth downs McDermott goes for it on.  Belichick was constantly second guessed by fans and the media about game management.....it was all OK in the end because he won Super Bowls.  Who cares what could have been in week 14 when you are going to and winning super bowls....he is a mad 5D chess playing genius.

 

 

There will always be these threads and the only solution is winning the whole damn thing.  Lets say they did not call timeout, they lined up and snuck it while burning 20 seconds.  Bills get the ball with 18 seconds and no timeouts, they fail to get in FG range.....there would still be hyper criticism today but the focus would probably be on accepting that penalty more.   Even though that one was not as obvious.

Spags is older like Bill and that's where the compassion ends. He doesn't have multiple SB titles and Spags failed miserably in his first go-around as a head coach. KC assistants have also mostly flamed out. Teams are not going to take that risk on him again.

BS ... None of this loss is on the players right ?? None of this loss is that the Bills D couldn't stop their offense Right ? None of this loss was about Reid Ferguson getting embarrassed by allowing the Rams lineman to literally knock him on his A** to get through the line and block the punt for a scoop and score Right ?
