He's had 3 games to "work back into game shape" & he still looked as bad today as he did the first game back. He's standing flat-footed in coverage & not getting into passing lanes. He's getting burned by RBs in the open field. He did recover a fumble today, and had a nice TFL last week, but I'm sadly gonna have to say he's washed.

Milano had a groin injury - from the CBS side line reporter

Right, but that doesn't answer why was it Spector and not Dorian Williams?

To my eyes Williams has played well.

Dorian was injured.

Spector was flat out bad.

Rooting for him but thru his first three games back, he doesn’t look good.  Now having a groin injury isn’t going to help. I wonder how healthy he really is. Similar to when they brought Tre White and Miller back. You could tell they weren’t 100% both physically and mentally.

One of the reporter said Dorian was out too. But I thought I saw him back to the game in the last Lion's drive

It's sad to watch him so slow out there. Holding out hope he'll get his speed back by the playoffs. He was out for a loooooong time.

You did. He played a few snaps.

I thought he looked more comfortable today before he got hurt.

Some of y'all calling him names and ragging on him because of injuries after he's sold out everything he has for this team are embarrassing

Not sure how he did the rest of the game, but on the first 3 and out for Detroit to start the game, Milano had coverage on one play, tackle on another.

Not a bad start.

I'm a big Milano fan.  I'm ok with him trying to get back into the flow of the games.  He is a gamer for sure.  But right now we are better off with Williams IMO.

I thought he was decent in this game. I think he played OK against the 49ers but the snow maybe made his game seem less bad? Against the Rams he was among the worst defenders in a game where nearly the entire defense was terrible. But until he got taken out of this game I thought he was decent. Seemed to be doing his role and he got a fumble recovery. Seems like he's a bit slower but I hope that with some more games under his belt he can get his feel for the game back.

Jesus f***ing Christ. Let the man get back into the flow and play a few games.

Fans suck. Particularly the mouth-breathers.

Hopefully he’s ok asap because he needs the reps.

Im not expecting him to get to elite this year, or probably ever, but we really want him to be average/above average & he needs reps to get there.

However we need to do it, put Bernard and Williams in bubble wrap heading into the playoffs.  Today started feeling way too much like last years playoffs.

Didn’t even know he was married. The guy is so quiet and elusive off the field. Nobody really knows anything about him

So true.  He is very private , soft spoken off the field , loves to read , very frugal , intelligent and kind person.   This came from his fiancé I met in 2021 at a target in Florida as she was traveling to meet him.

Couldn’t agree more. Try sleeping with some mouth tape. It will help open up your nostrils and make breathing through your nose easier.

Milano's instincts are top tier. After these next three games, if he's healthy and playing, I'd expect to see him ready for the playoffs where instinctual cerebral players thrive. Not worried in the slightest.
