Back2Buff Posted December 16 Posted December 16 My biggest issue with Milano is that you can literally see him playing with one arm. I don't know why he is out there. Dorian Williams is better than Milano with one arm Quote

He actually looked more comfortable imo. He'll be ready for the playoffs bro. I wouldn't worry about it. All 3 lbs will play regardless 1 Quote

The only thing Milano is doing even remotely well is helping the pass rush. He isnt dropping into coverage well and is a major liability in the run game. It was embarrassing to watch him shoot the wrong gap yesterday. To your point, he cant shed well because the arm is holding him back. But, the hardest part for me to watch is seeing his play speed and diagnosis leaving him. He is late consistently. The diagnosis can return. If the play speed is physical and not mental, it will be the thing that gets his contract tore up in the offseason. Edited December 16 by thenorthremembers Quote
GASabresIUFan Posted December 16 Posted December 16 I don’t if Milano is done or not, but I do think the Bills D was better prior to his return. 1 Quote

He looks very slow and hesitant out there. Now of course, the rest of the defense wasn’t much better so maybe it’s still too early to tell. It’s certainly possible he is just getting back to trusting his leg/knee in game-speed. I hope so, because this defense really needs another high level performer that plays closer to the LOS. What are your thoughts? I guess I was the only one that saw the drop off when he left the game. 1 Quote
PayDaBill$ Posted December 16 Posted December 16 (edited) He’s made of paper mache. Great player but it’s time to move on. I’d put him in the same category as McCaffery @ SF. Edited December 16 by PayDaBill$ 2 Quote
ILBillsfan Posted December 16 Posted December 16 (edited) It's preseason right now for Milano...confirmation is the groin strain not suprised as he was getting back and stressing the body.....still think the Bills should of slowly worked him in vs going all 100% of each game Edited December 16 by ILBillsfan 1 Quote

skibum Posted December 16 Posted December 16 Hopefully they will give Milano some rest during this final stretch of very winnable games. 1 1 Quote

Bills!Win! Posted December 16 Posted December 16 Mosf of us now believe in McDermott. Let’s trust him on this one 2 Quote

Not sure if that is the answer. He needs to read plays quicker, get confident with his body particularly with tackling, and audition on if he should be starting over Williams. 1 Quote

Dubie54 Posted December 16 Posted December 16 The d is better with him off the field. He may be done and we probably won’t really know until next year. 1 Quote

Yea, I noticed on one run play where he was meeting a RB head on that he kind of turned to lessen the blow on his on arm Quote

PayDaBill$ Posted December 16 Posted December 16 (edited) We need to get younger bigger ane more physical. I love Milano but he’s hurt every year. He’s too fragile at this point in his career and mia far too often. Time to move on, we did it last year with a bunch of older guys. Edited December 16 by PayDaBill$ Quote
