In the game I watched it was a ball 5 yards short of where it should have been and he was in an absolutely clean pocket surveying the field. 1 Quote

We had 22 more passing yards on 7 more attempts They were better in every other category. If you believe points are the only way to determine which offense was better- good for you. I know for a fact that that’s not true. We did score much faster than the Rams. No need to argue, I get your point. Quote

And his WRs were locked in. Bills had no chance today unless Superman showed up. Superman did show up and gave the Bills a chance. But Stafford is not Lamar Jackson and yet we let him stand back there with little to no pressure. I'm not saying it wouldn't have hurt coverage to send a blitzer but at some point I'm thinking we should have tried something. Quote
Special K Posted December 9 Posted December 9 If 42 points isn't enough to win a game, I don't know what to say. Josh just continues to impress game after game. There are no words to describe just how good he is.....even when his D is completely letting him down, he still almost pulls it out.....amazing. 2 1 1 Quote
Goin Breakdown Posted December 9 Posted December 9 I'm going on record right now that while I was pissed and all during the game. I'm still not happy about some stuff. In the end it's just a game. I will eventually sleep. No animals or family members have even noticed any mood swings so yeah I'm good. I think I'm good. I'll be good right? it's just a game 2 1 Quote

Especially man coverage. And the Bills literally did the opposite for the most part because they just continue to run their zone defence 1 Quote

I mean he is the one getting paid 50 million a year not me. The answer is absolutely yes. It's just one play over the course of a whole game but on that play if you're asking if he should have hit Hollins and didn't the answer is yes. 1 1 Quote

Bills kind of just bent over for Stafford and took it. 1 Quote

He said what he thinks he had to say to tow the company line and act like a team player, but he's not happy with what happened. Just my take. I’m not either. My heart sunk when I saw that we called a timeout. It ended the game. That said- we still would’ve needed to stop them from getting a first and we would’ve had to score. We hadn’t won the game yet. But the TERRIBLE coaching decision put a fork in us. If he was counting on an onsides kick to win the game- he’s a fool. I have the feeling he hadn’t come to that conclusion before calling the time out. I think he panicked and choked. But could be wrong. Still haven’t heard the Pc Edited December 9 by NewEra 1 Quote

I know we blitzed Bernard to stop the run and Johnson but I didn't see them on passing downs but that's probably just a sign of them not getting there. Quote

Then he goes back to his passive zone defence and gets shredded by stafford. Makes no sense Quote

The only thing he said I agree with is that they weren't winning the line of scrimmage. Everything else is decisions he made in the game and is trying to explain them away. SCBills Posted December 9 Posted December 9 And with this Chiefs game looking like another close win, our end of season gets pretty interesting… Obviously want the 2, but we’re rapidly approaching a situation where the last game or two may mean nothing. Quote
