Bills had no chance today unless Superman showed up. Superman did show up and gave the Bills a chance.

 

 

But Stafford is not Lamar Jackson and yet we let him stand back there with little to no pressure.  I'm not saying it wouldn't have hurt coverage to send a blitzer but at some point I'm thinking we should have tried something.

If 42 points isn't enough to win a game, I don't know what to say.

 

Josh just continues to impress game after game.

 

There are no words to describe just how good he is.....even when his D is completely letting him down, he still almost pulls it out.....amazing.

I'm going on record right now that while I was pissed and all during the game. I'm still not happy about some stuff. In the end it's just a game. I will eventually sleep. No animals or family members have even noticed any mood swings so yeah I'm good. I think I'm good. I'll be good right?

Yep. You have to pressure and play man coverage against stafford. Especially man coverage.

And the Bills literally did the opposite for the most part because they just continue to run their zone defence

They called defense today like it was a preseason game.

I mean he is the one getting paid 50 million a year not me.  The answer is absolutely yes.  It's just one play over the course of a whole game but on that play if you're asking if he should have hit Hollins and didn't the answer is yes.

Which is interesting because vs Mahomes they played a lot more man than they usually do. Bills kind of just bent over for Stafford and took it.

Our blitzes were worse then dropping 7 in coverage and rushing 4.

I’m not either.  My heart sunk when I saw that we called a timeout.  It ended the game.  That said- we still would’ve needed to stop them from getting a first and we would’ve had to score.  We hadn’t won the game yet.  But the TERRIBLE coaching decision put a fork in us. If he was counting on an onsides kick to win the game-  he’s a fool.  I have the feeling he hadn’t come to that conclusion before calling the time out.  I think he panicked and choked.  But could be wrong.  Still haven’t heard the Pc

I was afraid of that.  I wasn't keeping track.  I know we blitzed Bernard to stop the run and Johnson but I didn't see them on passing downs but that's probably just a sign of them not getting there.

I know- so frustrating. I was very critical of Babich before the KC game. Then after that game I said that was his best game called of the year.

Then he goes back to his passive zone defence and gets shredded by stafford. Makes no sense

I probably wouldn't watch the McD presser because it's just going to piss you off then.  

 

The only thing he said I agree with is that they weren't winning the line of scrimmage.

 

Everything else is decisions he made in the game and is trying to explain them away.

And with this Chiefs game looking like another close win, our end of season gets pretty interesting…

 

Obviously want the 2, but we’re rapidly approaching a situation where the last game or two may mean nothing.
