Everyone likes to win, some of you feel like the 1 seed really matters. Other than that? Makes no appreciable difference. Who said anything about the one seed? You’re happy they can beat the bad teams in the nfl? Good. Quote

We just line up and do our thing, sometimes adjust in small increments here or there, but we are often reticent to go in with a game plan of taking the biggest weapon away. Contrast that with Belichick’s mantra. People are talking like nacua is all you have to worry about with the rams but they’ve got tons of threats. I think it’s getting oversimplified a bunch lol. A handful of those plays he made in very good coverage too Quote
Beast Posted December 9 Posted December 9 (edited) I think today may have been Taron Johnson’s worst day as a pro. No worries. He’ll bounce back. Edited December 9 by Beast 2 1 Quote

I just don't care that much about regular season games. Are they in the playoffs? Yup. Then they have a shot. Everything else is hype and dick measuring for clicks and it doesn't matter. Quote

HomeTeam Posted December 9 Posted December 9 (edited) I'm not upset about this loss, I'm happy with the way the team responded. You can't win them all. Rams had a great game. I hope this will be a learning opportunity for this team as they enter the playoffs. It's good to get beat once in a while to stay humble. Go bills! Edited December 9 by HomeTeam 4 2 Quote
oldmanfan Posted December 9 Posted December 9 Football is about beating the guy in front of you. Always has been, always will be. Their O line beat our D line, their WRs beat our DBs. And vice versa. At some point today someone on the D needed to stand up and win a battle. They didn’t. 1 Quote
DapperCam Posted December 9 Posted December 9 A lot of those catches by Nacua and Cupp were really good coverage. They just played out of their minds. You kind of just have to tip your cap, and tell yourself that is the best WR performance we will probably face all year. 3 1 Quote
vincec Posted December 9 Posted December 9 I have complete confidence in the Bills offense, if healthy, vs any opponent and in any situation. The defense, however, is another story.. 1 Quote

Players had chances all game to make one play and they couldn't make it. Anytime you give up 44 points it has far more to do with the players getting beat constantly than coaching. appoo Posted December 9 Posted December 9 Also I haven’t a clue what the solve is on defense. GR, AJE and Von Miller all had terrible games. Best you can do is hope it’s a 1 off type of thing. I mean can forgive get torched by 2 of the 10 best WRs having an A game. But the pass rush was suffocated. They went like 11 of 13 on 3rd down and a bunch of them favored the defense in down and distance. Bills actually solved the Ram running game but on 3rd down couldn’t do squat. Part tip of the hat to a really good skill set in LA, part you better hope they just played a bad game at the DL 2 Quote
