Pittsburgh is tied with us but at best they are going 2-2 with that final stretch. I know everyone wants the one seed and I totally get that but I'd rather be healthy. If it means going to Arrowhead to win the AFC we have done that many times and the crowd and moment wont be too big for them. We'll get the 2 and host at least two playoff games. That will happen even if we lose next week in Detroit. Quote
davefan66 Posted December 9 Posted December 9 Hate the loss, but we are still OK. Steelers have a gauntlet ahead of them - Eagles, Ravens (both away). Then chiefs, bengals at home. chiefs can’t keep the horseshoe up their bums rest of the season and playoffs. We still have a great chance moving forward! 2 1 Quote

jcamm1966 Posted December 9 Posted December 9 We never have punt blocked we did, we usually get at least some pressure we didn't, defense usually bends don't break, it broke, instead of a blowout we came back, no Coleman or Kincade and look at the offense WOW. 1 Quote
vanislebills44 Posted December 9 Posted December 9 the non call on the false start...simple 1 play... 4th n 10 they get fg, we r down 6 with a 2minute drill... we win the game...no doubt... d was atrocious, but nacua played like jerry rice, calvin johnson bo jackson etc etc all in 1 today Quote

It is a lot harder to make those decisions in the split seconds they need to than many realize. Fans are always nitpicking well after these things happen. Yup I agree with you, Houston isn't a threat and Pittsburgh is but that final stretch of @ Philly, @Baltimore, KC, Cinci is a tough final stretch. They could go 0-4 but even at best I think 2-2 Quote
jcamm1966 Posted December 9 Posted December 9 We are not getting the one seed , lock in on 2 seed , and fix this defense Quote

BeastMaster Posted December 9 Posted December 9 Why does a defensive coach continue to fail his all time QB that plays out of his mind? This is simply inexcusable from McDermott, and it happens every season 1 1 1 2 Quote
That's No Moon Posted December 9 Posted December 9 Just now, MJS said: Explain. Kupp didn't start blocking until the ball was caught. It was close but they timed it out really well. Quote
The Jokeman Posted December 9 Posted December 9 1 minute ago, Big Turk said: The defense played bad all day, so at least they didn't wait until later. Once again, I don't care if the offense waited to play until the 2nd half, if you score 42 points in a game, you should win it easily. I agree the defense was putrid but if the offense holds the ball more in 1st half maybe the defense doesn't give up 37, let's not forget 7 goes against the ST. 1 Quote
Johnnycage46 Posted December 9 Posted December 9 This felt like 13 seconds....obviously not even close to the importance...but Josh on fire and zero help from coach or D. 1 Quote
