Congratulations McDummy.  You wasted an absolutely heroic effort by Josh Allen by calling that sneak on 1st down instead of 4 passes into the EZ.  We could have kicked deep and used our TOs to get the ball back for the GWFG, but no, we had to go for the low percentage onside kick because you're a *****in' idiot.  Way to choke it away.

Couldn't agree more

Tough loss.  Proud of how they fought.  Try to be reasonable folks.

The defense was atrocious and even worse was the coaching on that side of the ball and end of game management by Sean

Yeah that’s what I’m saying

What in the world was he thinking!????

Nobody wants to hear it but the gist of the Tyler dunne article was that he gets tight in crucial situations. Nothing he's done since has proven otherwise. Just an atrocious late game coach.

It will be interesting to hear how taking the penatlty instead of forcing fourth and 7 with 4:30 on the clock, and calling a running play on the final series were not coaching blunders but problems "with execution".

It really isn't. A FG by the Rams there meant nothing and their offense has been picking up chunk. 100% you take 4th and 7 and let them kick the FG. McDermott butchered the game and an otherworldly QB performance, I'm sorry but that's what happened.

To be clear - I wanted him to decline it as well. I said so in this thread. But I don't think the Rams are kicking the FG anyway. I am not saying it wasn't wrong. I think it was. But I can see an argument the other way.

There is no argument the other way on the sneak. That is a game losing call.

The coaching, special teams and defense lost this game. Without doubt.

Josh has to hate being on this team sometimes. What the ***** else can he do?

22/37  342yards and 6 total TDs.

82 rush yards as well

422 total yds and 6TDs for a L

Sad that we had that kind of performance from the offense and lost the game. We can point to the punt block but this game was solely on the defense and their ability to get off the field today. I just shake my head about this game.

Seen it in the playoffs brother. Thankful we aren’t ending the season on that note.

McDermott is ridiculous.  Let’s use that time out. Just stupid.

What the hell is he thinking ?

The play call was a lemon as well …

Allen really deserves better

It’s rare to see a coach make such a dumb, pivotal call as McDermott did with the timeout on the goal line. Either get a new coach to make those decisions and promote McDermott to chief culture officer or get a new coach. Just can’t afford these brain farts in critical moment
