We've made some adjustments, but can't help when a 5 man rush gets stood up OR interior DL getting pushed 2 gaps out of position. On offense, our OL is getting no movement in rungame. Need to use more misdirection, and the screen game has been money. Joe Brady calling an OK game. DL has to play better, or this will be a run away. 1 2
gonzo1105 Posted December 8 Posted December 8 To me they need to reverse what they are doing. Taron Johnson needs to be on Puka Nacua in the 2nd half and Benford needs to be on Kupp. Benford clearly can't handle Nacua today and they need to change it up and give Johnson that chance to handle him or start bracketing Nacua and see if Kupp and or one of their other guys can beat us in the pass game. Or maybe just maybe start blitzing the hell out Stafford in the 2nd half.
JohninMinn. Posted December 8 Posted December 8 Better to lose here than lose in our 5th Super Bowl. I couldn't take another one. 2 1 1
Johnnycage46 Posted December 8 Posted December 8 Rolling with our playoff D today. And some really curious play calls on O (lots of deep shots instead of just driving like we had been doing all year). This opening possession is likely game-defining. If we can get 7 we are in it. If we get no points I think we're cooked. Sucks that next week will likely be a loss too...unless we can come back in this one today, 1 seed is probably done.
Ethan in Cleveland Posted December 8 Posted December 8 Every McD fear on display there... Hope for better next 30 min 1
Scott7975 Posted December 8 Posted December 8 We've had bad halfs before. It wasnt all bad. Just need to make a couple more plays. Dial back all the deep stuff and play Bills football.
henry jones Posted December 8 Posted December 8 Lions, with an extra 3 days rest, may put up 60 on our defense next week 1

ST a 3/10 for a blocked punt and a start on the 15 on the last kick-off? The ST has been awful this year. 1

Maine-iac Posted December 8 Posted December 8 Get rid of the blocked punt and this game is probably tied with us getting the ball first in the second half. They need to make some good adjustments on defense. They need to stop the run and realize that Stafford isn't going to be tricked by coverage so you better heat him up. Give him time and he will find the open guys. 1 1

zow2 Posted December 8 Posted December 8 was disappointed with the final drive of the half. Rams are taking away the run, so other short stuff was open. Just don’t need to be chucking it deep all that much. take the easy stuff 1

Been all soft ball questions about snow angles and what Josh Allen means to the team. And a lot of McDermott has eased up.

WideNine Posted December 8 Posted December 8 (edited) Bobby better go around and collect all those slobber knocker of the week gear he has been handing out... His D has not showed up today. The front 4 were really getting mauled early on. Rams are extremely weak vs passes to RBs and we have two exceptional pass catching backs. We need to see a bit more of that off play action. TFBillsfan Posted December 8 Posted December 8 Not sure I can list any Bills player that had a good half including the entire coaching staff. Entire D is getting embarrassed ST with two bad plays Offensively, OL is pass blocking okay, Josh looking for the BIG play too often. Running game has been non existent and TE’s are MIA! Hopefully, they regroup and start playing MUCH BETTER! Big opening possession to start the half. 1

The 9 Isles Posted December 8 Posted December 8 The Bills were getting overhyped, wins against a mediocre but lucky Chiefs team, an undermanned and uncomfortable in the snow 49ers team and barely getting by the Dolphins. They might have gotten too comfortable. 1 1
