I always knew it, when you challenged me and then ran like a cockroach when directly challenged, but this is further evidence. You posted Syria stuff in this thread, and then tried to hide when called out. You have no idea what happened in that Minneapolis area, and you have no idea what a "small section" means. Totally ignorant.

Regarding your question, the individual flying is more important, at the margin, than the airplane. I say that as a Topgun adversary instructor having flown against everything from F-4's to F-14's, F-15's/16's/18's and all NATO Europe has, as well as a host of Migs. Bet on the guy, not the airplane, within reason. 1

Thank God the usual suspects have stepped in to reimpose the Left vs. Right divide. There shouldn’t be any politics about this. the story is still very interesting though.

Airplane vs airplane, bet on the F-22. Simply unbelievable, but being out serviced. After that, bet on the F-35. In US trained hands, a star wars machine. 1

SCBills Posted December 10 Posted December 10 Sounds like maybe he had a back condition that made having sex not possible? Did insurance deny corrective surgery for that? Not excusing his actions at all as what he did is pure evil, but I guess I could see how an otherwise healthy, good looking young guy turns to anger & psychadelics, then goes crazy, if he’s a literal incel due to his back issues.

He sounds like a trust fund kid whose entire family was wealthy. He went to an ivy league school and his family lives in a mansion in a golf community in Maryland. They probably have insurance and the means to pay for a back surgery out of pocket. from CNN Family: The suspect is the grandson of Nicholas Mangione, a prominent Baltimore real estate developer, and his wife, Mary C. Mangione, a philanthropist who died last year. The Mangione family owns Lorien Health Systems, a nursing home chain in Maryland, and Luigi volunteered there in 2014, according to his LinkedIn page. 1

Yea, so scratch that. Pretty wild that it ended up being the wealthy kid from old money that killed a man who built himself up from modest means. Exaulted as an anti-cap hero by the left, only to be a populist tech bro with right wing trad-cultural views. Edited December 10 by SCBills
