You're going off of 1 play, which I disagreed with but go off of 1 play is ridiculous,  How about Babich giving up 44 to a team that barely touched 30 points and taking 3.5 quarters to make proper adjustments

Who hired Babich? Who decided he was prepared to call the defense? What side of the ball does McD specialize in? Does the Head Coach not have the power to change anything or take over if needed or make adjustments? A lot of you played this same exact game with Frazier, who McD is the one who hired him and kept him for years and had the power to change anything he wanted.

Someone asked him at the presser if he made an audible and he said "no I did my best to execute the play that was called." Of course because he's Josh he took the blame for not getting into the endzone there but yeah I could tell he was a bit bothered about it all. How many times can he watch his own greatness be erased by horrendous coaching before he decides to continue his career elsewhere?

I thought he looked a little incredulous walking up to the line on first down tbh

Like is this really the playcall and if so please don't screw this up

Even putting aside the multiple all-time brain farts, you can't have a defensive head coach and end up with a historically embarrassing result like this. It just can't happen.

Eberflus-like stats.  With a HoF QB lol

A 3rd grader who has played 2 games of Madden, wouldn't have wasted a TO after the sneak there.

yea. You have to have two play calls in the huddle in case it fails.

I have no issue with the Qb sneak. Idc if we lined up and spiked it after. I don’t care if we kicked a FG on first down after the PI. I don’t care what you do there just do not call the time out. You literally can’t be dumb enough to not know that.

It’s easy pickings right now for both sides but this was the first time I’ve ever seen Josh visibly upset by a McD miscue for what it’s worth.

Covered it up quick and gave hugs and ***** because our boy’s a pro, but Allen was visibly perturbed for just a second

Do you mean on the field or in the presser?

On the field, immediately after it happened before they had that little sideline chat that the cameras caught quick

I agree, but outside of the Bills missing the postseason, which obviously isn't happening this year, I don't see Pugula ever changing course.

Yeah unfortunately Allen's legacy rests on the whims of a single billionaire. I don't know, maybe if Allen himself gets fed up enough he'll call a meeting with Terry but he doesn't strike me as the type.

Definitely not the type and I don't think he ever gets to that point.

Heck, tonight it seemed like Josh couldn't wait to get to the microphone to take the blame.

McDermott talking now. Part of his opening statement - "I would have liked to see us run the ball a bit more with our RBs." And now he is trying to defend the end of game timeout saying "we thought that was our best course of action."

Please get him out of here! I'd be fine even if it happened tomorrow and Brady took over. My jaw is on the floor with this press conference.

Don’t be scared anymore. He is who he is. If you accept it, the fun goes away but so does the fear.
He will never get us there.

There are plenty of worst coaches who have won a super bowl LMAO

Why even watch the game if you come to that decision seriously ... It was the Rams super bowl today not ours

Holy hell there were like 10 different massive coaching failures that happened in the last 4 minutes of this game.

i want to know why it wasn't mandated must catch the punt and attempt a return

it's literally the only prayer of winning the game at that point

there is still a return man back. i truly dont understand how it isn't communicated to him that he must 100% attempt a return no matter what
