This might be one of the reasons we won.  The 49ers probably saw the snow as a challenge - a problem.  The difficulty & discomfort weighed on them psychologically.

But he is absolutely a top LT in the world and as he said when he signed his contract

And he's probably the most athletic or top 3 athletic for his size left tackles in the league

That was the most FUN Mic'd up I've ever seen.

Dawkins is like a big kid out there. What a character. How many teams can say that one of the biggest characters and goofballs on their squad is their left tackle? And a really good, Pro Bowl caliber left tackle to boot.

 

The vibes around this team are immaculate right now. Everyone's having fun. Love it.

Great feet, balance, hands, and strength. Also a very smart player.

 

He used to get by on strength and smarts but he’s really worked on his hands, feet, and balance. He’s improved so much the last 3 years. He was a consistent and dependable LT but the last 3 he’s been one of the best in the league.

Loved this. He is a key part of the heart and soul of this team. Love how he would go and chat up his teammates throughout the game, even the defensive guys. This team is special. I wanna see another one of these from New Orleans!
