Bills at Rams in SoFi. Anyone going?

I'll be there. Coming from DC. My oldest lives in Burbank and my niece lives in Santa Monica. There will be 8 of us in our group. A bunch of local Bills Backers have a tailgate near the SOFI. The Mafia travels well. There will be tons of Bills fans.

I'll be there. Going with a buddy from high school. We're both big NY Red Bulls soccer fans - they're playing for a championship at the LA Galaxy on Saturday - so nice 2fer sports weekend. Waiting until the last minute to buy tickets like we always do. I'll be in a Fred Jackson jersey

If anyone has a tailgate - me and my friend were just gonna eat and drink at his house and get an Uber to the game, but would definitely throw in some money to join other Bills fans at the stadium.

Having lived in Buffalo, Texas, Florida, Arizona, Georgia, and New Mexico and working as a Professor, California is by far the best state. The amenities are unmatched along with scenic beauty, food, education, entertainment, wages, state benefits, weather, cultural diversity, and LGBTQ friendly. I feel like when I leave I go back to the United States (USA! USA! chant), which kind of sucks right now. I'll stay in the Cali bubble, thank you.

A friendly heads-up - there's no place to tailgate at the stadium.  Unless you are in the ONE parking lot that allows tailgating, or attending the organized Bills' fan tailgate, you're probably out of luck.  The stadium lot with tailgating allowed is already taken up by season ticket holders.  I went to the Rams-Bills game there a couple of years ago and we got stuck parking at the Forum (across the street from the stadium) and when we opened up the trunk to take out a hat and jacket, we were accosted by police officers who told us that no tailgating was allowed.  The atmosphere pre-game was as sterile as a eunuch.  We would have gone to the organized Bills tailgate, but it had already sold out.

 

The atmosphere INSIDE the stadium was great.  It's a beautiful stadium with great sightlines, great scoreboard, comfortable, and all the amenities (although everything is very expensive, as to be expected).  And tons of Bills fans, who outnumbered and out noised the Rams fans. Like most teams, the Rams have a gimmick that they play throughout the game ("Our House" or "Rams House" or something like that) but it was the Bills House that day and it will be again on Sunday.

I’m there, I love going to CA! I spend most of my time there in San Diego, that may be why. I’ll just drive up the couple hours that morning for the game.

As I mentioned in the game thread, I and the Mrs. will be there.  Not going to the tailgate, though...went a couple of years ago before the opener out there and it was a schitt-show.  Besides, we got hooked up with suite tickets so we'll get in there a couple of hours before the game to enjoy the amenities.  Can't wait!
