It's cold and I haven't made it yet this season, so I'm going to make a big pot of Chili with some fresh Italian bread and a few shots of Don Julio.

Maybe that's more Tex Mex but there have to be one or two people of Mexican descent in LA. Chili Dogs are apparently an LA thing, maybe I'll get some Zweigles.

Flat iron stir fry with green/ red peppers, onions & Basmati rice.

Balsamic, butter garlic saute.

Earlier in post, someone said LA doesn't really have a signature dish.

Reminded me of the movie Canadian Bacon.

Canada is not even a real country, I mean who ever goes out for Canadian food? 😂 🇨🇦

Got two very large fresh Ontario lamp leg chops marinating Greek Style in the back of the fridge.

Thawing out the Sweet Onion Gravy.

Going to get THE best crusty bread I can on Sunday and what mean by that is Italian.

The French are so pretentious.

Sounds delicious Spikes...but what happened to the LA theme? I'm soooo disappointed in your choices. /s/

Actually the meat from a ram [mature male sheep] is called Mutton.  Not a dish for the faint of heart.
