Maybe that's more Tex Mex but there have to be one or two people of Mexican descent in LA. Chili Dogs are apparently an LA thing, maybe I'll get some Zweigles. 2 Quote
PonyBoy Posted December 5 Posted December 5 Flat iron stir fry with green/ red peppers, onions & Basmati rice. Balsamic, butter garlic saute. Earlier in post, someone said LA doesn't really have a signature dish. Reminded me of the movie Canadian Bacon. Canada is not even a real country, I mean who ever goes out for Canadian food? 😂 🇨🇦 2 Quote

HIT BY SPIKES Posted December 6 Author Posted December 6 Got two very large fresh Ontario lamp leg chops marinating Greek Style in the back of the fridge. Thawing out the Sweet Onion Gravy. Going to get THE best crusty bread I can on Sunday and what mean by that is Italian. The French are so pretentious. Quote

HIT BY SPIKES Posted December 7 Author Posted December 7 Fresh Bread tomorrow morning and it is a go. Temperatures rising overnight so I need this simple meal while I get drunk in the hot tub before the Bills game. Priorities. Quote
