Well LAMB would be the obvious choice as the Bills bring these LA Lambs to slaughter.

 

However, Los Angeles has a huge culinary scene so as always I am open to suggestions as the Bills go for their 8th consecutive win.

I think LA is known for being the birthplace of the French Dip. Might not be a bad option!
