It was the old Parcells rule.

EDIT: literally as soon as I posted that Troy said it. Stop copying my homework Troy.

If I am a GM that isn’t aligned with the coaching staff, then yeah, I’m only drafting guys who have significant experience starting in college.

If there is synergy between the scouts and coaches, I’m more than happy to take swings at the guys who a little more raw with more upside.

I don’t think either strategy is wrong, you just have to have a vision and stick to it.

Jayden Daniels started faster, Caleb Williams has had his moments, Drake Maye has shown promise, but right now? In a do-over draft, I think I'm going with Nix first.

It seems like every QB deep draft has a few good ones and a dud or two

I think Maye is the dud of this group

Incredible. No idea what Browns safety was doing on that TD. He just stood there while Mimms ran right past him.

Havent seen it again but looked to me like the player carrying Mims was an underneath player…like a hole player in a Tampa two and they tried to disguise the deep half with the corner and he was way late over the top
