They're currently 0-5 against teams with winning records, and 7-0 against teams without winning records (4-0 against NFC South). If that holds the rest of the season they go 10-7 and likely snag a wild card, followed by a first round of playoff loss. But, then next year they can potentially build on this season and maybe take the next step to be a good team. Certainly a lot more hope around here than the Russ years. Well, hopefully the very average Broncos can beat KC for their signature win. They should have already. 1 Quote

Would guys like Darnold and Rosen have benefitted significantly from more years in college? Trubisky? Very interesting food for thought. I think if I'm a GM, I consider only drafting dudes who play 4 years in college going forward. It was the old Parcells rule. EDIT: literally as soon as I posted that Troy said it. Stop copying my homework Troy. Edited yesterday at 02:32 AM by GunnerBill Quote

He’s just in the worst situation. Love Nix but he definitely is blessed to be in the perfect situation with the weapons and offensive guru at HC. But a lot of teams are going to be kicking themselves for passing on Nix because this years QB class sucks in comparison Quote

I have ESPN+ but that isn't good enough. Have to have cable or a $80 streamer service. The hell with that. NFL+ offers Primetime games on mobile devices. I watch MNF on my phone. Subscription for the year was $50 FYI maybe next year 1 Quote

Low Positive Posted yesterday at 02:39 AM Posted yesterday at 02:39 AM There’s the Jameis Winston that we all know and love. 1 Quote
GunnerBill Posted yesterday at 02:39 AM Posted yesterday at 02:39 AM Jameis just cost me a fantasy matchup. FFS. About the only thing that could beat me was defensive scores by the Broncos. 1 Quote

DapperCam Posted yesterday at 02:49 AM Posted yesterday at 02:49 AM Famous Jameis on pace for almost 500 yards passing (not even counting yards passing to the other team). Quote
HappyDays Posted yesterday at 02:50 AM Posted yesterday at 02:50 AM My takeaway from this game is that the Bengals and Dolphins are going to have a hell of a time wresting the 7 seed from Denver. Both of them needed Denver to lose this game to have any kind of chance of sneaking in. 1 Quote

He has a nice smile so he can’t be criticized. Or something. I actually like JW but he’s a backup for a reason. Aikman has a Buffalo bias. Josh Allen protects the football better than anyone now, but if a receiver drops a pass he gets lambasted by media clowns. Romo, Aikman, Collinsworth. To hell with the lot of them! PromoTheRobot Posted yesterday at 02:52 AM Posted yesterday at 02:52 AM That was a fairly poor use of time outs by Cleveland. It worked out but it really limited what the Browns could do in the red zone. First, they wasted 10 seconds calling the first one. And they called #3 to early, forcing Cleveland into three pass plays at the end. 1 Quote

AND, this will be a 1 and done team in the playoffs. We match up extremely well against them, if we stay in our current 2 seed. If anyone is taking the 7 seed from Denver, it will be the Colts. Head to head upcoming after both teams on a bye. Colts have 3 easier games to finish, Broncos final 3 would be Chargers, Cincy, KC. Even if Denver wins tonight, the Dec 15th game will decide the 7 seed most likely. Dolphins need a miracle, Cincy is done/that defense is awful.
