The "official" NFL attendance for last night's  game was 70,437.  Per the NFL policy, I believe the visiting team receives 40% of the game day receipts.

I know that teams do not have to share luxury suite and Premium seat revenues, that goes solely to the team, my question is are those fans that occupy the

suites and premium seating for the game counted in the the final attendance figures?

They are counted as a person, the revenue you're mentioning is the price to have a suite/club seat, not the actual ticket.

Yes gate revenue is split 60/4 innthr NFL but not other re rune such as suites, boxes, premium seat fees.

I tried... I really did... I re-read that 5 times! I even asked my Spanish speaking neighbor if he could make any sense out of that and he just started laughing.
