Right, the family really asked for it 😂

My niece has attended a ton of games. I know everyone has different parenting styles, but they aren’t hearing anything in that stadium they don’t on the bus. I think some people are very naive. I’m not concerned about hearing cuss words and the like, injuries shouldn’t be expected though. It might have been an accident, but it’s still terrible. I love this team, but our stadium does have some knucklehead twenty something lightweight drinkers who can be quite abrasive.

It's amazing how often unverifiable bad things that no one else witnessed happen to people with gofundmes.

I’ve watched it shoot up from 10k to 26k in 24 hours since this news happened. Hate to think the worst, but I’m a cynic by nature.

Are you sure it was just water?

😂

Believe me, a lot of people made remarks about that. But it was right in the entrance area, far removed from the actual interior where the toilets are located.

Pretty nasty nonetheless and I was happy that I was one of the ones that remained upright.

Over at Chiefs Planet they have been discussing this at length.  Not sure what we did to piss them off so much but they absolutely HATE us.  Not talking about the team itself, but the fans and 'Bills Mafia'.   Here are just two examples of what they are saying:

"Dad said some wasted drunk obese **** yelled "I'm GOING TO PUSH THROUGH THESE 9ER FANS" and proceeded to bulldoze his family and knocked his daughter into a chair. Said she's got bruised ribs. In my mind this fits the bills profile to a T. Animals."

"Mouthbreathing fanbase who's entire identity is tethered to a football team...in a hole in the wall city. Angry, desperate people trapped in a nowhere situation...their only release is acting out at a sporting event.

I mean they dive on flaming tables and hit people in the face with dildos...that's what they are known for. Pushing a little girl shouldn't surprise anyone...They are the Juggalos of the sporting world.

If the NFL started again...they wouldn't even have a team. It's amazing the franchise hasn't been sold then moved decades ago."

They actually think we are just a bunch of crude beasts who live to get drunk and throw snowballs and dildos at our opponents when that is such a TINY part of the people who make up the true Bills Mafia.

I don’t view Kansas City as some high class cultural hub. Pot meet kettle.

The level of public inebriation that some fans display is embarrassing.  I marvel at the people I’ve seen who bother to pay for an NFL ticket and then sit there half blacked out in a puddle of puke.

I also think it’s fine that there are spaces in this world that aren’t designed as fun for the whole family, and anyone expressing upset over this, whatever actually did happen, is faking the indignity.

As I get older, I've been less and less inclined to go to games, especially night games. I've seen a lot over the years. I was there the day two people were having sex in the upper deck. I was there for a knife verses fists fight just outside a stairway. Beer poured in people. Normal fights in the stands. I've seen it all. It gets really old (like me).

It's now cool to make sweeping generalizations about people, haven't you heard?

Buffalo is the only team in the league that’s capable of routinely peeing in their Cheerios.

And I think at this point they’re a little intimidated that Josh might overtake Mahomes as the top media darling.

I saw a quote with the girl saying she got bumped a little and her side hit her chair.  Not cool, but not even close to what this family was originally saying.  It said the Bills reached out to the family and are trying to arrange to help them have a more positive experience.  I am sure there will be a lack of follow up articles about what really happened and Bills fans push cancer surviving kids downs stairs will be right up there with Philly fans throwing snowballs at Santa.  So annoying.

That's because we can pee in their Cheerios right at the factory. ;)

I mean one of the main headlines from their Super Bowl victory last year was 3 fans froze to death because of cocaine and fentanyl.

Just a question... National TV, stadium cams, cell phones, every recording device known to man... just wondering if there isnt a video of it... like can the Mom say yes this happened in the 3rd Q etc... we know which section... I wonder if there isnt something showing or not showing what happened because at this point I just have no clue if something happened if it didnt, or if something innocuous happened that is being played out as insidious.

Also, what father watches this happen and doesn’t get into a fight? Which would mean security and certainly cell phone video. I’d be shocked if any father wouldn’t do that for their child.

I'm guessing it's true that a drunk moron accidentally bumped her as he was racing down the steps.  Nothing you haven't seen a hundred times before at a sporting event.  My son's first Padres game (he was three or four at the time) saw him get run over by a drunken young man running through the concourse. Spent three innings getting bandaged up and evaluated for a concussion in the stadium medical center.

It would be tough to stop that natural reaction, but going to jail and potentially losing a job isn’t great for your family. You can’t just fight people in this era. I don’t agree with it, but getting into a fight for any reason is very risky. We don’t just let things go these days, everything has the potential to become a giant mess.

I have waited for the video, or at least picture of the dude, but at this point I am calling BS. If there was a picture at least I would absolutely believe it, I have seen drunks do dumb crap at way too many sporting events, but I have also had kids at sporting events run into me as I am just walking.
