There is zero chance Patrick mahomes is playing better than Josh Allen right now.. and football is not x + y = z 

 

It's constantly fluctuating.. Pat's great, he has plateaued and Josh is still ascending 

 

Josh has definitely taken the throne this season.. super bowls doesn't mean anything because it's the ultimate team game... Nick foles is not better than Jim Kelly or Dan Marino

The video above posted by @Buffalo_Stampede “Josh’s reaction is incredible” has the answer. 
 

Game time it looked like Coop just made an improv’ decision. The post game presser with him and Josh confirms this, as does that video. 
 

100% ad-lib and spur of the moment. 
 

 

Seems that the best snow shovelers on Sunday weren’t those who got $20p/h but the guys who are on the books wearing 17 & 18!!!

I dont know if that was specifically directed at me but yes.  I have pointed that out multiple times in the past that we always lose the game when gets a reception.  Technically still true actually since he didn't receive the pass but the lateral. 😁

I think I’ll have the unpopular opinion.  First off, I was in the stadium and cheering my arse off for that and chanting MVP.  Loved it!

 

But thinking about it, it wasn’t a smart play.  If Josh drops it and fumbled to the 49ers, that’s points off the board.  But boy, was it fun.

Receiving that scoop lateral from Amari was easier than 99% of the shotgun snaps he fields.

Like any trick play - called or improvised,  You love it when they work and bemoan them when they don't.
