i would never have thought Hamlin, secondary, WR room and Without our last TWO #1 pick catchers.

+ Hailey. :) Josh/ream vibe without Brit/Diggs!

Everyone played an almost perfect game except Cole Bishop. He cost us a beautiful touchdown

Bishop forced a fumble and made another nice play.  The call against him was ticky tack, but it showed Bishops hustle.  He blocked first guy, and then blocked a second defender.  Film will vindicate Bishop imo

That's not legal....

You can tackle an opponent by their hair.  RBs have had chunks of hair pulled out during a tackle

You are correct, but in this case, the 49ers LB did not have the ball.

Rapp gets one and has been a great surprise this year.

I didn't think Rapp played very well last season and was concerned about him being a full-time starter this season.  He's made a lot of big plays and has proven me wrong.  I even have to tip my cap to Hamlin.  He hasn't been spectacular and has shown limitations, but he's held up OK and made a few big plays himself.  I still hope that Bishop is the "safety of the future" as I believe he has more upside than Hamlin, but Damar is doing a pretty good job with the opportunity he's been given/earned this season.  You can't have an all-pro at every position, a team needs role players too, and Rapp and Hamlin are playing their roles well for the Bills this year.  They have both exceeded my expectations.

I haven't rewatched the game yet, but at the time I felt like Bishop's hold let Codrington through that gap. I also thought the call was a little tricky-tacky, but I'm biased.

I'm not usually right about things, but I felt even last season that Rapp was underrated, and I felt confident he would be a solid starter. The biggest knock on him were his penalties-- most of them for being too aggressive (unnecessary roughness, etc). But I felt that was from limited snaps, and could be coached. Better to have someone who needs to be coached down, than coached up. Dude is fierce!
