A bit but he had Josh as #2 in top 40 coming into the season.  That turned a few heads at the time.

Coming from Jim Johnson he always had that attack mindset on defense.   Benard and Milano have the ability to blitz or play coverage at a high level.  Babich matches what Mcdermott wants and has pulled the right levers most of the season.

So I think I posted this in a different thread.  It turns out Hollins has been filming these little "challenge" videos on Instagram, a different one every month.  I think they're on Friday. 

Unlike stupid and destructive challenges like Tide Pods, these are actually him providing useful tips or science entertainment with good explanations.

 

For November, he was doing Science Challenges and the lab coat, white wig, glasses, and gloves, were the outfit he filmed in.  The things he did weren't novel, but his delivery was cool, his explanations were good, and if his message was "Watch this kids!  Yes, you can be quirky and geeky and smart, and still be an amazing athlete and a pro NFL player", I love it!   Here are two of them:

Agreed, the bare feet are about #4.  But now that I know the "crazy" had a purpose and wasn't a random schtick, I like it.

I agree that Kincade is special. Problem is Knox has been doing pretty darn good since Kincaid has been out and his stats are pretty darn comparable.

So watching the Raiders for the first time all year, I love how they used Brock Bowers. He was all over the place, in line, out wide, in the slot, in the backfield. 

 

I not trying to be nitpicky here, I am very happy with our offense and the Bills should not be taking pointers from the Raiders.... but Kincaid is not really a traditional tight end and I would love to see him used the way Bowers is, I think that would expand his impact. Knox is the better traditional tight end for sure, but they can both coexist and I think we are just scratching the surface of what Kincaid can do. 

We need to use Kincaid like kelce is used, and how Gronk used to be used. Teach him to be a great blocker, but have him be the down the middle of the field 20 yards or so, or sitting where there is openings in the coverage.

 

right now the way we use our tight ends, I think Knox is playing very well. But if Kincaid was able to open his game as passing threat, he’d be much better than Knox. Right now, the way we use our tight ends, they’re pretty comparable with Knox playing very well lately.
