Good practice for bass in this weather

Yes, you're 100% right... This is the time to practice bad weather kicks in a real game.

I wouldn't have tried to kick from there tbh. Punt it.

I think it was more just to give Bass some practice in bad weather.

Im as pessimistic as they come, but this game is well over

He barely a 50% passer. Like that’s a highly correlated number for college to pro QBs.

What Josh did is going to get people fired because he is absolutely a unicorn.

Not only did he have elite work ethic in how he worked to completely remake himself as a QB, he’s only one of the most uniquely physically gifted players the game has ever seen, and what I’m also realizing is that he might be seriously intelligent. Like his ability to process has improved exponentially- again in a way you almost never see develop this drastically

He was drafted 7th overall….pretty sure he did some good things at Wyo

Putting in the backups and then trying a low % kick in terrible weather are both pretty meh decisions imo. Flukey plays can happen at the drop of a hat in a game like this, even if the score is lopsided I’d rather they not sleepwalk to the finish line.

We are screwed if we ever need Trubisky to win a game.

I forget where it was but someone asked a colts coach when Peyton was there why there never let their back up get reps during first team practice and his response has always stuck with me

“Without Peyton we’re (effed), and we don’t practice (effed)”

Dion Dawkins averaging 2yds distance aligned from the LG in the game lol

Highest avg distance in a game in 8 years... Josh trusts him and he plays on a island
