Snow is makin it tough for both teams.  Idk where this notion this level of snow favors the defense comes from it’s makin tackling real difficult

Snow favors the offense for sure. The offense knows where they are going and can prepare to make a cut in slippery conditions. Defense can only react.

this is a fantastic spot for a double move to cooper.

i

the flip side of that is a sack and a safety but man SF is going to be aggressive here and you could really put a dagger in them with a big play

I mean you’re kind of in a pinch there if your Codrington. You have your rules for a fair catch, but it’s your first time fielding a punt in terrible weather and you know anything over your head isn’t going to bounce normally. He def was like nope not getting a turnover here

Why didn't codrington fair catch that? Would have probably been line the 8 yard line

Because fans would whine that he didn’t let it go inside 10 yards

The panicked with CMC hurt and asked Joe Brady for some tips.

That can't be right. He's telling them to run on first two downs. 😁

I would rather have it at the 2 instead of the ball possibly slipping through his hands at the 8.

Good punt. On the one hand I'd say don't let it go in the snow it won't bounce. But at the same time slippy ball, maybe the safe approach is don't field too many.

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking. Probably being coached to let it go in those situations. Bad break for us. Need to get out of this situation unscathed.
