This is a coaching gap as much as anything else. Eagles offense is way too simple, no creativity just basic plays relying on their talent.

When moore was in Dallas he butted heads first with garrett and then with mccarthy over the fact that he was too creative and did not stick to running more basic plays in big situations.

That is why he wanted out a few years ago of Dallas.

Far from over, when he leads the league in WIDE open receivers and a giant freak at RB.

The wide open guys are mainly scramble drills so far today.

I'm surprised how little pressure Philly is getting on Lamar. He has all day back there

They are afraid of his running so they focus on trying to"contain" him.  NFC teams just don't see this type of QB play and they tend to overcompensate.

So I turned on a TV and the last channel viewed popped up which was NBC.  They were re-showing the National Dog Show fro about the 10th time.

Right at that instant the contestant showing their dog was Dick LeBeau.  His dog was probably all of about 5 pounds soaking wet, it's name Hall of Fame!

Guess we know what he's doing in retirement!

How are the Ravens pass catchers so wide open all the time?

Lamar is all over the field throwing and his WRs are smart to find open areas in his vision. Imagine Steve Johnson with him Jackson.

It's a strange design offense compared to traditional offenses that teams must defend.

Stick a fork in NYJ, MIA and Cinncy!

Barring a minor miracle, looking like the 7th seed in the AFC will be Denver.

Kyle Murray still just chucks the ball up when pressured. Pitiful performance after being up two scores in the 4th.

Broncos play the Colts.  That will probably be THE game for the 7th seed.

Well even a contain rush should compress the pocket around the QB if executed right. They aren't even getting close to him.

Exhibit A just now for how wide open the Ravens guys are.

That’s the same play they hit against the Bills when they played except I believe it was Andrews that ran it

Having to spy him and play contain rushes creates a lot of extra time and space for them to work with, imo

Bryce Young has completely turned it around since coming back from the bench. Good for him, genuinely.

That team still needs a ton of work. I think I'd give it another year with Young if he continues to show promise down the stretch. See if I can put a few more peices in place.

They might as well. My understanding is that there isn't any sure thing at QB at the top of this draft (I'll leave it to you to correct me if I've heard wrong). They need talent at pretty much every level on both sides of the ball before they should think about starting over from scratch.

Yeah, Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders are the two top dogs and both have their flaws.

This Eagles offense is disgraceful. The Ravens supposedly have the worst pass defense in the league, and they're just slamming Barkley up the middle over and over again. I know Devonta Smith is out but that shouldn't shut down the entire operation.

I haven't really got into the QBs at all yet. I have seen a couple of Miami games and there is something there with Cam Ward but he doesn't scream can't miss type talent. Have only seen highlights of Deion's kid and honestly bringing the circus to town would give me pause about hitching my franchise to him however good he is.
