I don't know anything about their relationship but that seems to be the case about how he talked about how they were hometown friends and then they started dating when he was at Wyoming.

Josh and Brittany's families were friends and the two kids met at a birthday party when they were 8 years old.

They remained friends through high school and started dating when they were in college, Brittany at Fresno State. As most know, Fresno State was the hometown school, and the one that wouldn't even let Josh try out... even though he went to their football camps as a kid and had but one football ambition... to play for the Fresno State Bulldogs.

It's a long way from Firebaugh!

p.s. - Does this mean I have to learn how to spell her name?

Superbowl first, JA17, Superbowl first. Get the other ring if you really want to after. One will get you eternal glory, the other one will cost you 50% of it ha ha.

Josh plays so much better when loose and having fun. So for now, it's clear she is on Team Bills  and have been an asset. But all us men are wary still ha ha.

Kind of feels like that's what he'd been doing, and now he's just not getting in his own head about it with that.

You kind of painted the picture of Brittany honestly.  She wanted the bag.

"Oh, you might be famous..... we she start dating"

Funny enough I see this:

Best get a Prenup.

for her, right?

She is a wealthy woman and a celebrity in her own right

Josh and his family seem to have put him on the right path as far as financial advisors and such, so I'm sure they both have good legal advice who will take care of all that.

This is kind of correct.  It's true that their families are friends.  They went to different high schools, Josh to Firebaugh and her to the "big school" nearby.  According to an interview I heard with Brittany, she asked Josh to be her date for a Sadie Hawkins dance in high school....it went so "well" he blocked her for 2 years (they were on a party bus, she was evidently a bit wild and Josh was shy and put off by the goings on).

They got back in contact after Josh got his growth spurt and started dating after Josh went to Wyoming.

I don't know whether she was enthused about him before he had a high likelihood to become an NFL athlete, but she did seem to enjoy "being someone" by virtue of dating a celebrity.

The late, great, Brian Clough - a soccer coach from the UK in the 70s and 80s who made a small provincial club two time champions of Europe - always wanted his players to get married young because he thought it settled them down.

I don't know that I totally buy Cloughie's theory but there is no doubt in my mind that Josh Allen is in a better place mentally now than he was two years ago. I really think the personal life turmoil affected his play in late 2022. I think he is playing the best football of his career and if this relationship is part of it then long may it continue.
