Some bs they probably still spike it but it allows them to be setup with no chance of penalty on them

So randomly KC is pinned inside the one yard line. Then after commercial there is " an administrative error" and magically it's at the 22....

 

Then KC with like 12 seconds Left has zero timeouts and the clock just stops immediately.... Huh
