TBBills Fan Posted November 29 Posted November 29 I thought the play is dead if the whistle blows regardless 2 Quote

Ref came running in signaled FALSE START little ref meeting, “just give em the game” so sick of watching this crap it’s incredible we beat them I agree if the flag and whistle is blown was a pre snap call I think they need to honor that. if they still want to change it up and say it’s a valid play they blew it dead it’s like they made up whatever they wanted at that point. Raiders probably still miss it but damn it gets annoying Quote

Process Posted November 29 Posted November 29 I don't care that the Chiefs looked bad last year and won the Superbowl, if we are healthy when we play them in the playoffs this year the game will not be close. 1 Quote

And they aren’t showing it with sound on the postgame half the players stopped and one ref - the guy who threw the flag was giving the false start signal as the ball was on the ground. Makes sense to me. Play was ugly, and the refs assumed somebody must've jumped. One of them blew the false start whistle. What should've happened was no flag, no whistle, simple Chiefs recovery and Chiefs win. But how could the refs restore the proper conclusion? Make up a fake penalty that didn't blow the play dead. ren1701 Posted November 29 Posted November 29 Preceedure call - b;own dead - snap should not count. NFL is making sure they get milage out of that Taylior Swift investment for sure 1 Quote

Sucking balls against the worst teams in the league and needing to be gifted victories? this statement doesn't deserve a response honestly. If you are not aware of why the chiefs keep winning I can't teach it to you. Quote

Even if there isn’t a fumble, chiefs still win. 10 second run off, game over This is amazing sarcasm, well done 👍 Quote

We need to go into Arrowhead and make sure Allen has the ball in his hands last. That's it. Any other outcome and they are three-peating, 100% for sure. You couldn’t be more wrong. The Chiefs are 1 and done in the playoffs and probably end up as the 2 seed. They are not impressive. Edited November 29 by Beast 1 1 4 1 Quote
njbuff Posted November 29 Posted November 29 The three misses by Carlson were all from 55 yards +. Difficult to get on a kicker for that. Quote
Success Posted November 29 Posted November 29 I still don't know what happened. I didn't have the sound on - wasn't the play blown dead? Quote
DapperCam Posted November 29 Posted November 29 16 minutes ago, MikePJ76 said: they are 11-1 and back to back super bowl champions. They win because they are good and beat people at the fundamentals. They are no more lucky than Detroit was yesterday. KC forces their opponents to play mistake free fundamentally sound football for 60 minutes. Not many teams in this league can do that because its a pretty average league to be honest and hardly any teams actually demand excellence from their club. Those day are gone. That’s fine and good, but they have largely not beaten teams on the fundamentals all year. They have relied on flukey BS like pass interference on 4th and a mile, a center snapping the ball when he shouldn’t, or blocking a chip shot would-be game winning FG. If the roles were reversed I would be calling the Bills frauds. 1 Quote

This Chiefs team has been extremely lucky and just barely managed to beat two of the worst teams in the league. They have ONE game remaining against a team with a losing record. They will drop at least two. The Bills hold the tie breaker. This Chiefs team could easily lose any of its remaining games. vs Chargers At Browns vs Texans At Pittsburgh At Denver If Chiefs keep playing like they have all season, and they’ll be lucky to go 3-2 down the stretch. I know it sounds crazy to say, but that offense is nothing special. Considering every defense they have to go up against is formidable to say the least, and three of those games being on the road, 2-3 is very possible. 1 Quote

I fell for it briefly during the Chargers game when Rashee Rice had clearly suffered a season ending injury while the Chiefs were trailing. Stupid me. It won't happen again. Quote
Steptide Posted November 29 Posted November 29 Looking at kc's remaining schedule, I can't see how they are the 1 seed if they continue to play the way they've been playing. Steelers, Chargers, broncos, Texans will all be tough games for them. Even the Browns may give them a tough time 2 Quote
