Clearly from Caleb's presser he was overwhelmed. Lots of his answers don't make sense which is understandable.

Even if you're kind of paralyzed by analysis in the moment, maybe it's too far for the kicker etc. Once the clock gets to about 20 seconds you must call timeout.

16-17 seconds is the minimum needed to run a play and then rush the fg unit on ( and that's probably pushing it obviously)...

Once they weren't lined up correctly at 15 seconds, again call to....

Idk just weird

Eberflus has two daughters... which makes me sad for them.

Look at Coach Campbell for the Lions.

They are good and he had to sell his secluded house recently due to fan BS.

He had enough time to snap it between 15-12 secs. You have to be trying to complete a 10ish yard pass over the middle to make it a higher percentage FG. And then call TO.

He just stood there ready to snap for almost 10 seconds, and then waited and lofted all the way down field.

lol HURDLE not bad young man 🙂

random comment: I hadn't noticed before today but Coach Daboll has lost a lot of weight from when he was here. He's a lot slimmer

He’s an interesting prospect because he has all the physical tools to make amazing plays and he shows flashes but also has too many boneheaded moments.  Watch how many bad sacks he has taken this season. That’s to be expected from a rookie QB for sure, but it happens far too often.

It seems to me like he’s poorly coached.   If they get a better head coach in the building I think you’ll see Williams do big things next season

In my workplace we review mistakes and apportion blame. It's rare that it's one person's fault. People weigh-in on their responsibility. The way we do it, it's expressed in percentages.

Head Coach

Rookie QB

I understand the “he’s a rookie” defense when it comes to adjusting to the speed of the game and reading NFL defenses, but are we to believe in his decade plus of playing competitive football that clock management is something new at the NFL level.

Maybe I’m wrong IDK, but the HC standing there like a mannequin watching the game slip away is a fireable offense.

Everyone jumped to the conclusion that the Bears-Lions was gonna be a crappy game.

Hoping for another good one in Dallas.

Not really...the Lions are the most entertaining team in the league on offense so even if it turned into the blowout it was threatening in the first half it would have been fun to watch at least.

Dallas - New York Giants feature two backup QBs on teams with bad records that are mostly trash.

Hey at least Eberflus can rock the beard look and the Bears were darlings on Hard Knocks with their undefeated preseason.

They crushed us in the pre-season didn't they? 🤣
