Their whole game plan is built on making sure he doesn’t get hit… long developing routes means a higher chance of taking a shot…

That red zone sequence was bad, but generally speaking I think McDaniel has called good games this year.

Teams are taking away the deep pass so he has countered with more runs, screens and short passes . (Which is the way to beat soft coverage)

Miami is easy to defend if your defense has patience and plays with effort 

 

With all the speed Miami has, they should be incredibly difficult to defend
