For all the talk about the Bears turning the corner with a young foundation they should be showing signs of improving as this season progresses. They seem like a team that just isnt all that good on either side of the ball.

Again, it’s in outcomes. Not penalties. I can barely think of 1-2 examples of a flag being picked up on a clear replay assist. Maybe a few intentional groundings. But that’s it. It’s not meant to overturn bad penalties. It’s meant to overturn bad calls.
