The Chiefs will not win the AFC next week.  That’s only 13-1 and they have a much tougher schedule than many.  This goes down to the last two of the games if we keep winning.

Looking at the Chiefs schedule. I see them dropping some games especially the last two. Chargers won't be easy and neither will the Texans.

Chargers

at Browns

Texans

at Steelers

at Broncos

The one team I hope the Bills can avoid is Baltimore. I would love to see the Ravens play the Steelers in the playoffs. The Steelers seem to have the Ravens number so hopefully if they do play than Pitt can knock them out.

Agree, Baltimore is a different team with Henry.  Although they surprisingly have 5 losses now.  I don't like the way we match up with them

I'm not thrilled about the idea of playing the Steelers either

For me the team that I most want to avoid is Pittsburgh.  Their D is legit as usual and they finally have a QB.  Tomlin scares me.  Would prefer we don’t play them,  all the more reason to get the 1 seed.

Tomlin is one thing that doesn't scare me with their team, but yes I don't want to face TJ Watt and their offense actually has firepower

Easiest way for  chargers to win the division…..

chargers beat chiefs and W out

chiefs lose to broncos in week 18

and chiefs lose an additional game

they would be tied at 13-4, split H2H, Chargers 5-1 div vs chiefs 4-2

Thots the stinger in fridays Raiders loss because that L also created the same situation

I was mostly joking, but KC feels due to lose 2 games over their remaining 5, maybe even 3

Ideal playoff scenario with bills as one seed….

Bills

Steelers

Chargers/ chiefs

Texans

Chiefs/ chargers

Ravens

#7-Broncos/Colts/ Fins

Steelers lost to colts, Steelers got broncos early in season

Bills

survivor

survivor

#7 seed

Bills

survivor winner

For me there are a bunch of legit teams in the AFC and the Steelers are one of them....they routinely get overlooked.  That is a tough division to be leading, they have 3 losses....they are a good team.  Wilson brings a competency to the QB position they have been severely lacking.

I can't believe the Bengals are 4-8. They are probably out of the playoff race with yesterday's loss to the Steelers. Look at Burrow's 2024 stats. 3,337 yards passing with 30 TD's and 5 INT's. How is this team 4-8 with QB play like that.

Maybe I'm just an optimist, but I think the game is very different now if we play them again. Milano, Bernard, and Johnson changes the whole dynamic of the defense, and the offense is more multi-faceted now then they were when they played earlier in the season.

Heard on the radio this morning that they've lost four games in which they scored at least 35 points this season.  That's some miserable defense.

The way the bills have played since I feel like we probably would’ve won that Baltimore game if it happened later in the season

all those defensive injuries is one thing but we were missing Shakir and cooper (if you want to think of it that way) on top of that

I still think the Ravens would be a tough out for the Bills whose defense isn't great against the run. With Jackson and Henry that would be a tough challenge. I would like the Bills chances against the Chiefs and Steelers better even though those would also be tough games.

Absolutely would be our least favorable matchup, but it's not blowout territory anymore, that's all I'm saying.

Agree it would be a close game especially in Buffalo as the Steelers are in good shape to win their division forcing the Ravens to go the WC route.

This is a mirage with Baltimore.

It's the same thing as when Miami beat buffalo 30-7 in 90. Or KC ran all over an injured bills defense in KC in 91. Only for both teams to get completely destroyed in the playoffs

We've seen this over and over again.

Lamar had 50 yards passing vs the Texans last year in the playoffs in the first half and his running bailed him out vs a very limited inexperienced QB in Stroud.

Then it was Lamar 2020 playoff all over again in arrowhead. The chiefs literally dared Baltimore to pass and it was a disaster for the ravens. KC easily should have won like 27-10

Anything can happen obviously " any given Sunday" but until Lamar is not terrible in the playoffs I can't Magically believe he's going to suddenly be Dan Fouts in year 7....

Hes having a great regular season and is a legit MVP candidate but I don't trust him at all in the playoffs. It's been really bad

Having Henry makes them more dangerous. I just don't like the matchup for the Bills.
