Curt Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago The Jets will draft another Zach Wilson, Geno Smith or Sanchez anyway. Quote

Anything can happen but I would expect the Chargers to beat the Pats this Saturday. Even if the Broncos lose to the Bengals, they should beat a KC team resting starters next week. How motivated will KC be for that game. WC weekend will probably be Bills vs Broncos/Chargers Ravens vs Broncos/Chargers Steelers vs Texans 1 Quote

Well, given the Ratbirds defensive problems, it's possible ( but not probable). They saw Lamar earlier, which certainly helps. Plus Lamar might have a smidgen of a confidence problem due to past playoff performances. Quote
Riverboat Ritchie Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Yesterday was a bad day for us. What is even more frustrating is Chiefs are pretty much a lock for AFC championship game with getting the faltering Steelers or Texans in Divisional. I think our best case is Harbaugh bowl brings LA to us and not BMore in divisional, assuming we get out of wildcard. I really hope we don’t get Cincy. Oh well. Beat the Jets and let’s Buckle up. Go Bills. 1 Quote
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Don't forget the Colts while worrying about the Bengals making it. They're far more likely to be the last seed. Quote

Go Bills. According to NYT playoff machine, Bengals chances are at 4% to make playoffs, lowest of teams not dead in AFC. Dolphins at 8%, Colts 20%, Denver/Chargers at 75% Quote

Brand J Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Henry’s rushing numbers in their 5 losses: 13 - 46 - 1 18 - 84 - 1 11 - 73 - 1 13 - 65 - 1 19 - 82 - 0 Stopping him is the key but only KC held him to under 4 yards per carry. Quote

To the point of being a massive liability. It's not like it's year 2 or 3. It's year 7.... Why do you think Lamar is suddenly going to turn into Dan Fouts in the playoffs? We've seen this story over and over again. I don't get it. Youll hear " but it's different this time". I mean I guess ? I just don't understand it. Too much data is in at this point. But hypothetically anything can happen i guess Edited 7 hours ago by Kelly to Allen 1 Quote
SCBills Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Ravens likely facing the Chargers or Steelers gives me some hope they can get knocked off if we get “Playoff Lamar” and he throws a pick or two and some errant passes. We can’t take the Broncos or Colts for granted, especially with the way our Defense has been playing lately, but if we lose to one of them.. it’s catastrophic, whereas there’s absolutely a world where the Chargers go into Baltimore and win that game. Herbert lately is looking like a guy who can change the narrative on that team. And while the Steelers are in a nosedive, they always give the Ravens issues. Then, if we do see the Ravens in the Divisional, I do think home field and the fact McDermott and Babich have seen them earlier in the season are two positives for us. 2 Quote

(All data) and it's a good amount, says that it's always " playoff Lamar". It's never been different Even in his 2 playoff wins, the most he has passed for is like 170 yds. There is no data that Lamar will suddenly be the high volume passer when it really matters in the playoffs. You can't hide your QB in the playoffs unless you're the 2000 ravens. SCBills Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Just now, mannc said: So is there no chance that Pittsburgh wins the North, putting the Ravens in the wildcard slot? Or have the Ravens clinched? Ravens lose to Browns and Steelers beat Bengals, and they flip. Dont really see a world that this happens unless the Broncos eliminate the Bengals this week and the Browns go back to Jameis who can either throw 5 picks or 5 TD’s. Quote
Billsatlastin2018 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Well, “you play to win the game”… to quote somebody. However, the road became the gauntlet yesterday, as the Squealers looked like what I told my buddies a week ago… “The Ravens pulled away. The Steelers finally, with remaining games of Chiefs & Bengals look about to collapse to their traditional Tomlin role of get into the Playoffs and out.” And so they did! Totally collapsed, like their usual, very weak sauce, end of season foldos. Aaaaaand also what I wrote… “Where the Ravens finish is critical. They are still in the run for #2 Seed v.s. the Bills. Finally, the team I fear. Joe Burrow has 39 TD Passes & 8 INTs. He does have problems protecting the ball, but oh can he fire balls. The Bungles have been a mess but the Broncos (Bengals & Chiefs) v.s. Cinci (Broncos & Steelers). Oh oh. #7 Seed gets the #2 Bills!” So there you have it! Bungles are going to kill to win on Saturday! Very Possibly… Bungles, Ravens & Chiefs to GET TO the First Lombardi Victory. Better get that porous, porous D toned up McClapper! Quote
DapperCam Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago 2 minutes ago, mannc said: So is there no chance that Pittsburgh wins the North, putting the Ravens in the wildcard slot? Or have the Ravens clinched? If Steelers win and Ravens lose next week then Steelers win the division. An interesting point is that the Ravens lost to the Browns earlier this season and the Steelers beat the Bengals already. So we want a repeat of those events. Quote
