But I don’t foresee much fight left in San Fran. 1 Quote

They are playing straight up games vs inferior opponent's. Instead of teams coming from behind it’s more a tick for tack and the Chiefs are coming from behind in these games. The current game script is harder to operate out of. Quote
ColoradoBills Posted December 3 Posted December 3 I find it hard to believe fans think Miami is winning 5 games in row. 2 Quote

They 13-4 and 11 of those wins were by 1 score. They lost to Daniel Jones and the Giants in the Wild Card round. vikings overvthr past few yrs had many one score games. One year they were on the high end but another year they were on a low end chargers and broncos have had these seasons too. I think Russell Wilson first year in Denver they were something like 4-8 in one score games. Steelers also have had many one score games. 1 hour ago, Mat68 said: My point is that hasnt really been what has happened. They are playing straight up games vs inferior opponent's. BuffaloBaumer Posted December 3 Posted December 3 So Let's assume Bills get the 2nd seed and the Chiefs get the 1 seed. All it will take is for the Chiefs to lose in the 2nd round (which I think is likely) and then the AFC Championship runs through Buffalo. I still think KC will drop a couple more in season but either way, I really don't see us travelling to KC this year. 1 Quote

To add they don’t need to win 5 in a row. denver after bye ghas colts, chargers, and bengals … you could have a week 18 scenarios if denver L next 3 Den 9-7 LLL. KC Colts 8-8 if they, go 2-1 Ten Dolphins 8-8 if 3-1 Jets Bengalis 8-8 WWWW Steelers 1 Quote

Even in that very specific scenario I think there’s very little chance Miami gets in with Indy having JAX week 18. Miami is cooked if they lose 1 more because the broncos play the colts and they have to jump both in the standings. They are either chasing a 9-5 Denver team or a 7-7 colts team with the tiebreaker with Tennessee, NYG, and JAX to go Edited December 4 by Generic_Bills_Fan Quote

Gregg Posted December 4 Posted December 4 If the Bills can't get the #1 seed, then I hope the playoff picture stays the way it is right now. As of today, #7 Denver at #2 Buffalo. #6 Baltimore at #3 Pittsburgh, and #5 Chargers at #4 Texans. Would love it if the Steelers eliminated the Ravens. Quote
gonzo1105 Posted December 4 Posted December 4 It’s basically between Denver and now Baltimore and Indy and Miami has a shot if they win 5 in a down and things fall into place for them. I still think the Steelers and Chargers are going to drop back a bit as well but both those teams have been proving me wrong Quote
Billsfanatic8989 Posted December 9 Posted December 9 Basically a fight with Pittsburgh or Baltimore for the two seed. The Bills would need to win out and have KC lose at least two more. Not happening. The one seed is so important now because of one less extra game. 1 Quote
Dr.Sack Posted December 9 Posted December 9 Lose to Lions and hope KC beats Steelers. Win 3 out of last 4 games we are 14-3. KC goes 16-1. 1 Quote
BillMafia716ix Posted December 9 Posted December 9 Man concern right now is staying in that #2 seed. We two games behind KC and I don’t see them losing another game. AFC gonna have to go through KC again. We got 4 weeks left to get healthy and hopefully get Milano up to speed. He’s a liability out there right now Quote
Big Blitz Posted December 9 Posted December 9 I think the best path involves Baltimore being the 5 and us getting the 7 (Denver) in round 1. Then round 2 we get the 3 (Pittsburgh) bc Ravens beat Houston in round 1. The Steelers beat the Chargers. Broncos Steelers Ravens at home bc they beat the Chiefs in. Next best thing to 1 seed. Quote

It's crazy that we are always the 2 seed...now that the 2 doesn't get a bye. Like having Allen while Mahomes exists. 2 Quote

There was nothing wrong with the two top seeds getting a bye. None. These new WC teams just water down the games. And yes I realize it was only done because of money. 2 Quote
