I really wish I knew what the schedule makers were smoking sometimes. Who looks at Thanksgiving and says "Oh my God, Bears vs Lions is so sexy we gotta do it" and then someone else says "you think that's sexy? how about Giants vs Cowboys for the second game". Like seriously, whatever they are smoking I want some real bad

Caleb made the game interesting.  Giants hype was always wrong.  Probably wanted large markets for an easy big number.

I'll never understand the large market thing. It's Thanksgiving. Everyone for the most part will be watching. In fact, I'm pretty sure the Bills had extremely high ratings every time they were in recently

They went very safe imo.  More was put into the primetime games.  More advertisement for black Friday and Christmas day.  These games could be at 1pm on Sunday and no one would care.   Thanksgiving is not premier TV anymore imo.  It’s basically bottom primetime priority.  Everyone is home, everyone will watch. Dallas being bad was probably unexpected though.

surprised he’s not taking Sunday off with the (gasp!) visit to Orchard Park impending.   He finds our lack of SoFi Stadium-esque amenities extremely disturbing and uncouth.

Hey now, that Dallas v. NY Giants game has the potential to be a very competitive game.

Lions and Cowboys traditionally  home and FOX had the late slot this year

 

CBS had titans, jags, and bills at Detroit. Bills werent going to be thxgvg again. Thry took a divisional game. Bears having a drafted QB coukd have some attraction.

 

cowboys …divisional is logical.  Giants were expected to be better.

 

can’t flex these games.

 

dolphins at packers looks to be two good teams in playoff battle Tua got injured which hurt finscrecord

 

another factor that has bern a regular patter, two of the 6 teams who play on Thursday also play onnthr prior or next Thursday
