DabillsDaBillsDaBills Posted November 25 Posted November 25 I will primarily be rooting for Lamar to have a terrible game to help Josh's MVP odds. Ravens and Chargers are both going to make the playoffs, so Bills rooting interests come down to who you want to win their division. Quote
notpolian Posted November 25 Posted November 25 Hate to see the Ravens win. But would rather face any team other than Ravens in wild card round if we don't get 1 seed. Quote

Ravens have 7 wins heading into tonight's game. With a win tonight they are at 8 and .5-game behind us and our second seed. Ravens loss keeps us 1.5 games ahead of them. No brainer, go Chargers! A Ravens win tonight and they would be 8-4. The Bills are 9-2. That would be a 1.5 game lead for the Bills. Quote
The Firebaugh Kid Posted November 25 Posted November 25 I had a dream last night that I was hanging out with Josh Allen and his crew at some resort thing, and he asked me to smoke a cigar with him. I don't like cigars, but I took a big ol' drag off that thing. He was hilarious and just cracking jokes the whole time. I realize this has nothing to do with your post, I just thought it was funny to share. 1 1 1 2 Quote
ColoradoBills Posted November 25 Posted November 25 (edited) I get how everyone wants the Ravens to lose. I don't like them either. Bills lost the h2h. Just want to point out that with a Ravens loss they are tied with Broncos and 1 1/2 games ahead of the Dolphins. Ravens play the Eagles the following week and could end up in 8th place with a Dolphins win in GB and NYJ. Another scenario with continued Raven losses is Broncos also could find themselves in the 6th seed and the Ravens 7th. FWIW. Edited November 25 by ColoradoBills 1 1 Quote

Rigotz Posted November 25 Posted November 25 (edited) It becomes clear when you look at the remaining schedules. Tough games in bold. Chargers at 7-3 remaining schedule: - Ravens - Falcons - Chiefs - Bucs - Broncos - Pats - Raiders Ravens at 7-4 remaining schedule: - Chargers - Eagles - Giants - Steelers - Texans - Browns Steelers at 8-2 remaining schedule: - Bengals - Browns - Eagles - Ravens - Chiefs - Bengals Chiefs are 10-1 and have a very easy remaining schedule. Chargers aint catching the Chiefs, so that puts them in Wild Card along with one of the Ravens and Steelers. Thankfully, both the Ravens and Steelers have a tough remaining schedule and play each other. If we're aiming for the 1 or 2 seed, we should all be rooting for the Chargers. frostbitmic Posted November 25 Posted November 25 IF the Chiefs are to get the #1 seed, then I'd like to see the Ravens win the North and get the #4 seed. IF the Bills can manage to get the #1 seed then I want Pittsburgh in the #4 seed. As a fan I find it difficult to root for the Ravens and all the Lamar hype and tend to root for the underdogs so I'll go with the Chargers. On the other hand I don't mind John Harbaugh but Jim irritates me. I just hope the Chargers Defense shuts down King Henry and the Ravens kick a lot of FGs, from a fantasy standpoint. Quote

Looking at this, I think we want Chargers. Pittsburgh is going to collapse with that schedule and Ravens don't have a cake-walk either. Chiefs are not going to lose enough to give up 1 seed. Quote

NeverOutNick Posted November 25 Posted November 25 I hope the Chargers win. Keep putting pressure on the Chiefs. And I like Jim Harbaugh wish he was our head coach. Quote
Prospector Posted November 25 Posted November 25 The only thing that really matters in this game is that Herbert scores a couple touchdowns and Isaiah Likely has a few catches... I need this fantasy win tonight. Quote
stevestojan Posted November 25 Posted November 25 The bills would best the pants off the chargers. So - and this is where sports make no sense - go chargers. Quote

wjag Posted November 25 Posted November 25 I can never, ever, ever root for the Baltimore Browns. To me, they represent the epitome of greed in fhe NFL. Art Model sat on the expansion committee. He deliberately steered the NFL away from Baltimore to Jax and Charlotte so he could then swoop in an take a sweetheart deal from Maryland. The governor at the time, Glendening was so desperate to get a franchise in Baltimore that he met Modell ON HIS PLANE ON THE BWI tarmac. Signed a deal that gave Model a sweetheart deal but the Maryland Legislature backed off of some of the charity. Baltimore should have had the Charlotte or Jax franchise. The deal was 10x better. Instead they stole the Browns. And if any city knows what it feels like to be done dirty by the NFL, the city losing the Colts was exhibit A. DIdn't matter. Model would have gotten more if not for the legislature. Really, really dislike the Baltimore Browns. Hope they get bounced from the playoffs by a Tucker missed FG. 1 2 Quote
Bruffalo Posted November 25 Posted November 25 Herbert looks like a guy I can enjoy a gas station tacquito and roller dog with more, therefore I want him to win. We don't need to have a good reason all the time. Quote
