It's not about the field conditions. Almost never about that. It's about the logistics of the event: the ingress and egress and parking of 70ish thousand people in Orchard Park on a Sunday night. It's about snow removal. Road conditions. Parking supply. Human safety on-site and quality of play on-field are not important. Only travel impedes the product. A snowy TV gladiator spectacle has proven to be engaging and even anticipated in certain markets. 

 

Personally, I LOVE snow for home games. It's really only wind that interferes with game play, followed by extreme rain and then of course extreme heat and maybe lastly extreme cold. Snow left in the stadium rows is my favorite late season treat. Launching fistfulls of snow straight up into the air to celebrate is satisfying on several levels.

I'm loving how both of my teams are playing so good right now.

 

Obviously, the Bills are on fire right now winning 6 in a row, but my Orlando Magic are 10-1 in their last eleven games all without their best player Paolo Banchero!!

Dorian has definitely been a stud. If we play the Ravens in the playoffs we're going to want all 3. Maybe they figure out a way to get them all on the field at the same time.

As mentioned earlier, there is still one vacant roster spot, so they’ll need to move two players to activate all 3.

 

There is no guarentee they’ll need all three right this moment. It’s possible they allow Grable another week or two to heal up right, avoiding any roster moves and maximizing the 21 day window.

 

I imagine they’ll want Milano and Carter back ASAP. That means one guy on the move, and I would imagine it’s a DT, likely one we can add back to the PS…so maybe Jefferson or Phillips.

(edit: thinking more about this, I think it’ll be Phillips that gets cut as Jefferson has been in on some pass rush packages in the Smoot role at DT that I think they’ll like to continue)

 

When Grable returns, I would think they’ll waive Will Clapp, as he was the signing when the injury first occurred with the idea to re-sign him to the PS. 
 

Possibly Jalen Virgil back to the PS also 

I think Nick Morrow is a possibility to go as well maybe not initially but with Milano back he becomes kind of redundant

He was practicing last week and is a full participant, don't see any reason why he wouldn't...

 

How much is probably the question...likely will see him worked back in slowly and a lot of reps in obvious passing situations I am guessing.

Yeah and not the little ones most places get that might rip a roof off a house here and there and cause some damage to a few trees...the 2+ mile wide ones that basically destroy everything in their path.

Idk with Spector to IR, the addition of Milano would bring them back to 6 LBs on the roster, which is what they started the season with. Plus he’s playing on special teams, and Milano won’t.

That's the only way he knows. But coming back from injury, I hope he is on a snap count. Also, I want him at full strength and warmed up for a playoff run.

They have only activated 5 for game days. Morrow recently was an inactive which means his special teams abilities aren’t that important if he is in the inactive list. I’m not saying you’re wrong especially with Milanos fragility but I could see down the line letting him go. He really doesn’t provide much besides a guy who has played some previously and isn’t a rookie

I like Dorian but if we are being honest he’s probably average at best compared to other starters in the league.

Williams has certainly upped his game this season, but he still gets lost in coverage and bites hard on play action. He is regularly successfully targeted by opposing offenses. Milano at 75% is an upgrade over Williams. I’m sure they are going to ease Milano back in, but as soon as he’s near 100% he gets all the snaps. I think what Williams does is give us an opportunity to go 4-3 against some run heavy teams like the Ravens at times. I’d take Hamlin off the field and but Johnson at safety. It’s hard to take Johnson off the field for Williams.
