Jones must be high, who in their right mind (play off team) is going to sign this guy to see any meaningful playing time? The answer is no-one, the guy is delusional. He will be a backup #2 or 3 QB, if he’s lucky some Chooch team will sign him for mop up duty on their way to a high draft pick,

I could honestly see him going to the Vikings or ravens.  I think he could step in for Darnold and be fine there and with McCarthy on ir their backup is Nick mullens who is a bit more terrible than jones haha

ravens only have Josh Johnson I believe after Lamar

No better or no worse than Trubisky.  Bills fans from the past when we sucked still think we should sign any guy that gets released because they’d have to be better than the guys we had.

Todd Collins survived in this league as a backup and occasional starter for 16 years before retiring from the Chicago Bears.  His earnings during his NFL career was a whopping  $18.5M.  Pretty good for a guy who threw for 4500 yards in his career with 22 TD and 24 INT.  This is a Quarterback STARVED league.

Jones Is a bad QB, it’s no different than playing the guy they have,

And signing Jones continues that starvation diet, the guy is a bad QB, he doesn’t help any team with his presence,

I don't think he's expecting to play? When they said involved, they meant in the building and on the sidelines with a playoff contender.

Nick mullens was worse than Daniel jones starting for a stacked offense in SF when jones was starting for the horrendous giants imo.  They’re both bad sure but there’s varying degrees lol can’t even imagine how bad mullens would’ve been on that giants team of the last few years

josh johnson is absolutely horrendous

Tim Boyle is another guy who has been terrible every time he’s has played. He just got signed to the giants PS after they released Jones

People are giving more legs to the phrase "being involved in big games" than it actually has. It isn't suggesting he's going to come in and take over for Lamar Jackson (obviously) or Sam Darnold. Just that he'd be on the sidelines, in the QB room, and be called upon if there's an injury. It's really not that crazy that Baltimore would prefer Daniel Jones over Josh Jackson, if something were to happen to Lamar. Or that Minnesota would prefer Jones over Nick Mullens, if something were to happen to Sam Darnold. Especially with Schefter reporting they're in on it and Minnesota's Head Coach not shutting it down:

I'd rather, we pickup Aaron Rogers for backup, when the Jets release him in a few weeks.

We aren't going to replace Mitch Trubisky, who we just signed on a 2 year deal worth 5.25m with 3.71m guaranteed, for anyone this season. There's a chance they move on from him after this year, but I still think it's probably more likely they approach him for a paycut which he accepts. They like him in the QB room, regardless of what fans think of his Pre-Season performance.

Daniel Jones isn't happening and Aaron Rodgers ABSOLUTELY isn't happening. Even if they released him, which they won't. At most, they're going to IR him for the rest of the year. Rodgers wouldn't sign on to be a backup and Buffalo wouldn't want that kind of ego and loose cannon in the press in their QB room to begin with. Especially with how beat up he is and how badly he's been playing this year.

The QB room is set this year with Mitch Trubisky and Mike White as Josh's backups. As much as fans bemoan Trubisky, there's a good many teams that are way worse behind their starter than Trubisky and White. And I don't believe the Buffalo decision makers view Trubisky in the same light that posters do. Especially with the contract they gave him.
