Buffalo has the first tiebreaker with Miami due to season sweep. Miami needs to be above buffalo in wins next week bills and jets are off. New England plays miami the following week miami plays in thxgvg, jets, oats on Sunday afternoon before Bills play For them to clinch division before starting the game… NE brats Miami, all 3 lose thxgvg weekend then Mia best is 9 wins, jets/ ne 8 wins BUF clinch Buffalo W against SF clinches division if… buf will have 10 W which eliminates jets/NE no matter what they do. With Miami if they L one game ( NE, GB) the best they can do is 10 W but Buffalo has the tiebreaker so Bills clinch. if Miami WE then buffalo can’t clinch by winning SF game I'm not talking about winning the division. I'm talking about making the playoffs. Quote

Take a look at the Dolphins schedule. They are 4-6 right now and have. Patriots at Packers (TNF) Jets at Texans 49ers at Browns at Jets They are not running the table. At Green Bay and at Houston will be tough games. The 49ers at home will be tough. At Cleveland isn't a gimme. Even the two games against the Jets are no sure thing as games between these teams are usually tough. They probably will win this week vs the Pats, but every other game could go either way and in some cases the Dolphins will be a solid underdog. Quote
loedward22 Posted 7 hours ago Author Posted 7 hours ago I found a scenarios where the Bills win against the niners and miss the playoffs. They all require the dolphins winning the division, and I think it relies on the colts winning out, and the broncos winning out except for against the colts. Quote

Broncos win out. Colts win out (except Bronco game). That's some astronomical odds of happening. LOL. 1 Quote

Division is easier to get because if buffalo W against SF mismi has to win out starting Sunday and have 11 wins vs buffalo 10. thrn you need a bunch of teams to not have 10 wins. Buf conf record woukd be 3-2 nfc so 7-5 afc. Thry lostvto balt, hous, h2h agsinst colts, chiefs. H2h only works if no other teams are tied. a bunch of teams can still get to 10 W with numerous scenarios and thrn you have to sort teams in division. Buf W one game sga8nst SF. Magic number is 1 W or Miami L Quote
