They’re helping Balt more than Bills.

The Browns smacked the Ravens a couple of weeks ago, and they get them again.  If Jameis is on like he was against Pitt, he can easily smoke the Ravens' suspect pass defense.

I may live to regret this but, give me Pittsburgh in the playoffs. That’s as close to a bye as you’re getting. That offense, in that weather, can’t score enough if you take care of the football.

Absolutely.   Pitt cannot score TDs in the red zone.  They've won 2 games without scoring a TD so far.

They seem more dedicated to the Bills playoffs seeding than their own.

This is undoubtably what Jemeis was referring to when he said post-game "When you're 2-8 every game is important."

I don't think it's wrong to say I'd prefer the Steelers to the Ravens. Or really, anyone but the Ravens. I give the Bills a punchers chance vs anyone but that's the matchup that is our Ds perfect storm nightmare

Agree. I don't think there will be a true gimme in the wildcard round but of the potential options my preference is:

1. Pittsburgh

2. Denver

3. Miami

4. Bengals

5. Chargers

I think they are the only 5 teams I give a real chance of being in it. I still think Baltimore wins the North. If they end up in the WC they are my very least preferred.

colts are at 6 wins and still have Pats, Titans, Giants and Jags left. If they make it they would be my top wildcard choice to play

Agree. If they get in them please. They are awful. I don't think they will though. Could easily lose a couple of those games.

Browns are a lot more competitive with Winston - They'll win about half of their remaining games and impact the playoff seeding for sure.

The only teams I'd really be worried about playing are Chiefs, Ravens, Texans, Chargers roughly in that order.  Bengals would be a concern but I don't see them making the playoffs.  Hope the teams in the North beat the crap out of each other!

I would like the Bills chances at home in the cold, wind, and possibly snow against the Chargers and Texans. Teams like the Chiefs, Ravens, and Steelers could handle playing in that weather more so than the Chargers and Texans.

That's fair - I wasn't considering the effect of weather conditions.

Texans will be one & done no matter who they play.

The Chargers are kind of scary. I wouldn't be shocked if they made it to the AFC Title game.

I think this Pittsburgh team would give Buffalo some trouble.  They can make a game get ugly real fast with their defense.  I’d much rather see San Diego or Denver

Just got to hope the Chiefs fumble a couple games down the stretch.

How funny would it be if they lost to Carolina?

I'm conflicted because at present I want to have the Steelers win the division so Buffalo doesn't have to play the Ravens if at all possible but I love having the buffer to the #2 seed

I was thinking the same but right now it's just too early to know where things will end up. It's one big mess. Even the Chargers suddenly look like a team that could win the West which would throw a huge wrench into seeding. They have two huge games left @ Ravens and @ Chiefs. If they can win both it probably locks them into 5 seed at worst and they have a shot at the Division as well.

For as scary as the Ravens are on paper, they have found a way to lose 4 games this year with still six to go, and they have Chargers, Steelers, Eagles, Texans left to play. 4-2 finish for them seems likely. 5-1 finish would be a strong finish for them. Puts them at 12-5 for the year. Might not be enough to win the division.

Exact order I would have as well but I would probably move Miami all the way to #1. Have to give benefit of any doubt to the Bills overall record against this version of Miami even if some of the games have been close. Chargers are absolutely the team I would not want to see.

I just want to win the next three and then we can really start to discuss potential divisional round match ups.

I think you have the Chargers and Texans reversed...

Chargers are a solid playoff dud.

We might actually be sleeping on the Colts a bit. Of their six losses, they were all by one score or less except for the Bills game. Three of their six losses were 3 points or less.

They've been one, yes. Brandon Staley has been replaced by cheatin' Jim Harbaugh though.

They play D & run the ball. A pretty good QB as well.
