Big Turk Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago From earlier in the season, but pretty sure he would still be garnering at least as many votes after the Chiefs game. Guess whoever thought he was overrated forget to vote this time 😂   Quote
DaBillsFanSince1973 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago (edited) lombardi  mvp?  yeah, the lombardi trophy seems much more important than mvp. although both would be cool, I'm sure JA would take the lombardi over mvp and I believe he has said as such. Strethor Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago The narrative last year was Josh wouldn't be Josh without Diggs, and he is turnover prone. He proved that narrative to be false this year despite having far and away the best QB statline  Now Lamar has better stats, and a HOF running back and now it's a stats award and not a best record award.  It's just funny how the goal posts move. 1 3 Quote

And there is Lamar fatigue, plus he's also flamed out in big playoff games.  Yesterday on one of the TV shows, they discussed the stats of Josh Allen in his Losing playoff games and they were still awesome. The hosts noted that throughout his career, Allen is not the reason the Bills have been eliminated.     2 Quote

hondo in seattle Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago Part of me feels like it's Allen's turn. I know that's not how it's supposed to work. It's supposed to go to this year's MVP and he's certainly in the conversation just based on his play this season. But Lamar's already won it twice and when you look at all that Allen's done for this franchise, it's inconceivable to me that he hasn't won it already.  Quote
strive_for_five_guy Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago He probably would and should still be at the top, but Lamar would be way up there at this point too. Â Week 3 v. now, a lot has happened. Â Quote
Sojourner Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago Joe Burrow, Josh and Lamar.  That’s who it is right now. If Joe wins then last year was an absolute sham because then statistics and not win total play a part. Something Josh bet Lamar in by a landslide.    Quote
Saxum Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago Question is worded to not allow NFL players favorite players Pat Mahones and Lamar Jackson so not much value IMO. 2 Quote
Goin Breakdown Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago Well it doesn't exactly say "this year" and it doesn't say "who will win their third MVP" so really this is a nothing burger. Quote
Kelly to Allen Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago I think the KC defense is excellent. Everyone knows their numbers.  Allen playing a b- game made them look ordinary.  I don't need to say anything else   1 Quote

Ridiculous that guys with clear and natural biases even have a say in postseason awards. Quote

T.E. Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Barkley should be in the mix too, but for some reason this award is only available to QBs unless a player at another position breaks some sort of sacred record. Quote

He probably would be higher if he stopped getting tackled at the 1 yard line. Quote
