Dont get me wrong, there are still lines that you can’t cross that go too far, but those are blatantly obvious and have more literal meanings and interpretations (like using racial slurs for example).

Yes, his Dad is Black and was a former MLB relief pitcher...although not a very good one, but had a pretty decent career for being a replcement level player. 42-39 W-L record with a career 5.47 ERA. 

 

Essentially he was the Fitzpatrick of Pitchers pitching for 6 different teams.

And to that point I don't think the Kermit had any pants, or socks or shoes.   Mahomes always wears those in public.   So it clearly wasn't supposed to be Mahomes because it wasn't authentic.
