The national media cleary doesn't realize how frequently he pulls a rabbit out of the hat when a huge play is needed. I agree. We all know the intangibles he brings to the table, but the media and outside fans just don't get it. Allen can throw 18 INTs and still be MVP. A lot of us already knew it in his first season when the stats were garbage, and the majority of us knew it in his second season when the stats were just very mediocre. The numbers don't make Josh Allen. I get the feeling people look at the running TD numbers of his and think he is just stealing TDs that other guys on the team would have gotten themselves. Nope. He got those TDs because he is always the best option on the team to score. from goal line to goal line. And I don't expect them to get it. It's something you have to see on a weekly basis to fully understand that nothing he does is a fluke. He's a 1 of 1. Better than a unicorn. Edited Thursday at 03:28 PM by Man with No Name 1 1 Quote
SoMAn Posted Thursday at 03:41 PM Posted Thursday at 03:41 PM (edited) Including live view... at least 25 times, including multiple angles. Still not as many times as I've watched 'wide right', stupidly somehow expecting a different outcome. Edited Thursday at 03:41 PM by SoMAn 1 1 Quote
buffalostu2 Posted Thursday at 05:38 PM Posted Thursday at 05:38 PM Until I realized the absolute best part was Chris Jones body language, He knew first Josh was going the distance. Arguably one of the best D linemen in football was the first to give up on the play. Josh broke his spirit. Quote

Otherwise the thing that most stands out is that the Chiefs did nothing wrong . Coverage was outstanding. Allen was just better. Quote

LABILLBACKER Posted Thursday at 11:57 PM Posted Thursday at 11:57 PM Thank God our 2 mesh receivers went right leaving a nice lane for Josh to take off. Watched this run at least 10x on various shows, replays. Quote
