MJS Posted yesterday at 07:29 PM Posted yesterday at 07:29 PM I took it to mean a sign of respect at first. Clapping like, "Well done. You beat us fair and square." But then I thought he could have meant it to mock like, "Good job. You beat us again in the regular season. We'll beat you in the playoffs like we always do." Only Kelce knows which of those he intended. 3 Quote

I don't really mind them outside of hating Travis for being a Chief. I saw Jason on the Mythical Kitchen Last Meal thing and he seemed cool. Quote

Herc11 Posted yesterday at 07:35 PM Posted yesterday at 07:35 PM (edited) A lot of people are of the assumption that he was being sarcastic with it. I think the Mafia largely suffers from PTSD and immediately jump to a negative conclusion with these types of things. Personally I think it was more of a "well done" and a tip of the hat. Kelce always has good things to say about Allen and the Bills in general as well. He was very complimentary on their podcast today. that's kelce on his sales and marketing schtick. dude has to act like that. you want the real kelce it is him roided up and raged gigachad that we see in his behavior. his act is manufactured like any other host of a podcast or show. Dr. K Posted yesterday at 07:50 PM Posted yesterday at 07:50 PM Without further information I could not tell if he was being sincere in acknowledging that the Bills beat them, or sarcastic. I don't think in the end it matters at all. Quote

GETTOTHE50 Posted yesterday at 07:53 PM Posted yesterday at 07:53 PM His prime has passed. He knows it. We all know it. He’s a JAG now and should be treated as such. 1 Quote
Kelly to Allen Posted yesterday at 07:56 PM Posted yesterday at 07:56 PM (edited) I remember watching the bad boy pistons in 91 getting swept by Jordan. They got old and couldn't keep up with mj anymore. That's what Sunday felt like. KC just didn't have the horses and then couldn't stop Allen when it mattered. It's going to be much worse for the chiefs in the playoffs. They're going to get run off the field 3 minutes ago, GETTOTHE50 said: His prime has passed. He knows it. We all know it. 2003Contenders Posted yesterday at 08:02 PM Posted yesterday at 08:02 PM Given that the game-sealing INT took place right in front of him, I too took it as a sign of respect and appreciation for an opponent who had just played a very good game against his team. Quote
Straight Hucklebuck Posted yesterday at 08:04 PM Posted yesterday at 08:04 PM I think it's exactly what your first instinct said it was - a mocking golf clap - something akin to "enjoy your tiny moment Buffalo". Quote

PonyBoy Posted yesterday at 08:08 PM Posted yesterday at 08:08 PM We lived through Brian Cox giving us the double bird, I think we can get over a golf clap. C'mon man! Nothing burger here. Quote
Buffalo_Stampede Posted yesterday at 08:08 PM Posted yesterday at 08:08 PM Chiefs played the Bills 5 straight times in KC. The rivalry didn’t really heat up until they came to Buffalo last year. The Bills have beaten KC in the regular season 4 straight times. It’s obvious to me he was thinking this is our Super Bowl, congratulations. It was definitely a sarcastic clap. 3 1 Quote
TBBills Fan Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago I can't stand Kelce. That said, this is nothing to care about it. Actually, caring about how he handles a loss when how he handled it was fine is a bad look Quote
