Even though the argument we are using for Allen is the same argument Ravens fans used last year when Allen had 15 more TDs. We all know why Allen keeps getting snubbed, but people are too afraid to say it. I think he’s winning it, Polly market has him continuing to rise now at 80% and Vegas odds have increased since seasons end, they’ve been correct 20 years straight, but I do agree about why some in the media find it difficult to be honest about Allen’s ridiculous stardom and greatness, although I think Allen has slowly swayed many too his side with these crazy seasons he’s putting up. Ultimately it will take a Lombardi for the remaining holdouts to acknowledge what the rest of us already know. 1 Quote

Some voters think there's a distinction and lead more to overall stats when it comes to All Pro voting. This is only relevant if Lamar wins first team All Pro by a small margin. Quote

I dont know about him being hated, but he was definitely underestimated due to the (then very prevalent) stigma against black QBs. Lamar faced this to a degree (most infamously Bill Polian), but not to the extent Moon did. 1 1 Quote

My response was just based on his performance on the field once he became an established QB with the Oilers 1 Quote

AllenMania Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago For All pro, Allen only got 18 first place votes while Lamar got 30. That finishes it. 1 Quote
DapperCam Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago Wow, Lamar might actually have more MVPs than playoff wins. I kind of think the media hates Buffalo. Quote

DCOrange Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Yeah, think we can pretty much lock Lamar in now. Quote
stlbills13 Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago I'm pretty sure they just handed the Bills the Super Bowl. Allen is going to be something greater than we've ever seen 2 Quote

People have been making rock solid arguments why it should be Josh Allen for well over a month now. When Josh Allen has the better stats, they give it to Jackson for other stuff (team record, big games, supporting cast). When Josh Allen has the other stuff, they give it to Jackson because of stats. 4 1 2 Quote
Bill51390 Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago (edited) Yup, definitely seems like Allen isn’t getting it now. Him not having to play the last week and us securing the division early while Allen also sitting several 4th quarters hurt him. Jackson was fresh in the mind of voters because he had to keep playing. People just look at the stats now instead of actually watching film. Edited 19 hours ago by Bill51390 Quote
