Giants had 3 wins this year. They are soooo far away. By the time they even have a chance of being good, he will be like 30

I could listen that they should have traded him and got value. But I don't think re signing him makes sense, given where they are as a franchise

Tell that to the Commanders. Or the Texans. It doesnt take 3+ years to rebuild in the NFL.

Dont get me wrong, I agree the Giants suck. My point is, a big reason they suck is because they are mismanaged and didnt have a good plan in the FO.

Josh didn't go up on stage to accept the Sportsmanship award. Kittle wins a similar award, goes up & gives a long speech. This has to be because Josh is expected to give a speech after another award...

yea, I don’t think they’ve managed the roster well but keeping Barkley and not getting a qb is a total purgatory plan

Texans are average at best, they got a soft division and struggle to get 9-10 wins

Washington I'll listen to. But there isn't no Jayden Daniels in this draft

NFL media rep: "Josh you coming to the award show next week?"

Josh "Do I win?"

Rep: " ....... Yes"

You’re not too far off. They don’t tell them outright that they’re a winner, or what they’ve won, but they’ll use language like “there’s good reason for you to attend.” Of course, that could pertain to the Sportsmanship and  FedEx Air Player of the Year awards 😅

Ya would Remind me of the bills in the drought days.

Spend 1st round picks on Willis, Lynch, Spiller etc. But have no QB

I’m not sure how other award shows are typically run, but everybody involved here definitely already know the results.

Just FYI California Bills fan here, this is my only lifeline to the NFL honors! You guys are doing a great job of keeping us updated! Thank you! Also F-You Rodger!! Total BS that I buy Sunday ticket to watch the Bills live all year and can’t watch the award show live.

Fair point and I agree they would’ve been bad with him and no QB. But letting him go to a division rival, have an incredible statistical season, and make the Super Bowl has to sting.

Also having Hard Knocks have his little son proclaim over and over to go get Jayden Daniels isn’t helping hahaha

I literally said draft a QB. Not draft another RB.

As it stands, from what we saw in 2024 and the way it looks in the near future, the Giants FO had no plan and still dont have a plan.

All winning a few more games with a Barkley does is push them further and further from the top of the board.

The Giants, Mara specifically, made a mistake in mandating that DJ was his boy and that Schoen and Daboll were effectively married to him.

Once that's the "plan," paying Barkley is a mistake. If DJ works, well you probably don't want to pay both. If DJ doesn't and flames out spectacularly? Having a great RB to win 6 games instead of 3 is drought era Bills magic.

The Giants will try to find a QB now. If they succeed, all will be forgiven, if they fail, heads will roll. Especially because Malik will likely emerge as a superstar sooner than later with halfway competent QB play.

The Giants big mistake was not tearing it down after upsetting the Vikes in a playoff game. They got blown out a week later by a division rival and decided to run it back with a QB that had an ok ish season.
