zow2 Posted December 29, 2024 Posted December 29, 2024 Barkley is going to break the rushing record. I bet he gets some MVP votes. It won't be unanimous like last year 50-1. Barkley has only scored 2 TDs in his last four games, I think that should matter. RB's obviously don't touch the ball nearly as much as QBs. Quote
Success Posted December 29, 2024 Posted December 29, 2024 I saw Ravens fans talking online about how the fact that Jackson already has 2 shouldn't matter. Please. It absolutely should when the stats are close like they are. The MVP is an award that should encompass a variety of factors - stats, record, seeding, previous awards, and most importantly - how valuable you are to your team. Jackson has a better team around him, and that's really not disputable. 3 Quote

Beating them in Buffalo will help shut them up. 1 Quote
billsfan89 Posted December 29, 2024 Posted December 29, 2024 Josh piled up 3 more TD's in an effort that locked up the two seed. I think he should get the MVP. 1 Quote
BillsFooteball Posted December 29, 2024 Posted December 29, 2024 Have to imagine Allen locked it up. Can someone please provide current betting odds for Allen or Lamar Quote
Nelius Posted December 29, 2024 Posted December 29, 2024 He’s got it. People will complain but it’s just clear, even with Lamar having better stats. Strong Jokic parallels. Quote

It definitely matters when last year he won it strictly for having a better record and this year he doesn’t have the better record 🤣 1 Quote

BuffBillsForLife Posted December 29, 2024 Posted December 29, 2024 The Ravens actually need to win next week to win their division so Lamar will play. And now it's the hapless DTR Browns, not the Famous Jameis Browns so Lamar could dumpster them. I would obviously prefer if Josh just hands the ball of 1 time for his ironman streak and we watch Mitch the whole game, but it really could torpedo his MVP chances at the last second. 1 1 Quote

And it's a revenge game because.....you know they lost to this ***** terrible Browns team already, which hey I'm sure that will get repeated on the broadcast. Quote
Johnnycage46 Posted December 29, 2024 Posted December 29, 2024 I think if Allen doesn't win the MVP it will actually help the team in the playoffs. They are better with a chip on their shoulders, like most teams. Quote
