The Bills, in their overtime loss last season, exposed the Eagles who had a 9-1 mark going into that game. After that, Eagles finished 1-5 and quickly exited the playoffs. The Eagles record had disguised their flaws, it was said. The 2023 Eagles reached a record of 9-1 with a points differential of 61. The Chiefs have managed to reach a 9-1 record with a points differential of 49...historically low for a 9-1 team. The Washington Post's Adam Kilgore has already identified the parallel between the 23 Eagles and 24 Chiefs.

In KC's last seven games, three are divisional matchups. Four of those seven are on the road including visits to the Browns, Steelers and Broncos. The Chargers will catch the Chiefs and KC may well lose in the wild card..to a Chargers or Steelers team. So, like in 2023, the Bills have exposed a frontrunner that will stumble down the stretch. I think 30-21 was the playoff game this season.

A few weeks ago I said in a thread somewhere in a thread here that the 24 chiefs felt alot like the 23 eagles.   Not based on anything other than looks.

That eagles team had something odd going on though and it seemed they just quit in a sense after they blew the division.  I don't think that will happen to KC.

I don’t want to be overconfident, but I absolutely agree. I’m not convinced that KC is our biggest obstacle to a title. This might come down to getting past Baltimore, or even overcoming the physical play of someone like Pittsburgh.

I feel like Pittsburgh was 10-0 or something a few years ago, and everyone knew it was fraudulent.. and it was.

They started 11-0 in 2020 and then lost 4 of their last 5 and then got steamrolled by the Browns at home in the playoffs

The Chiefs are different. They may lose some more games, but their defense is legitimately elite. They have a great coach and QB. They will stay competitive. And they'll get Pacheco back soon. He'll help. Hunt was very underwhelming to my eyes.

We played a big part in exposing them too! Handed them their 2nd loss. Huge game in Allen's coming out party season.

Yep. I remember that game. A home Sunday night game

We didn't expose anything. We won a good football game! Both teams were missing key players. Picheko being out is a huge loss for them, and Kincaid/Coleman on our side is just as bad. I bet we see them again this year.

Steelers and Baltimore look tough. And don't laugh... but here comes Miami. They will get a wildcard.

The Chiefs , as a team, do what they need to during the season, and also as a team, turn it up many notches in the playoffs.

We have beaten them repeatedly in the regular season. Come playoffs, Josh raises his game and Davis did once….. The rest of the Bills team ?????

When this team demonstrates it can win on the biggest stage, I’ll give them props. But for now, the Chiefs are our daddy and they will be just fine in the playoffs.

Man idk…I think there’s a huge difference between last years chiefs Super Bowl team and the previous chiefs Super Bowl teams. Last year they were the healthiest team come playoff time and it was enough to skate by.  The dolphins and bills defenses were absolutely ravaged by injuries the 2020 chiefs offense would’ve dropped 50+ on both without even having to work too hard.

People are bending over backwards trying to convince everyone this chiefs offense is still extremely dangerous just wait for them to turn it on and it hasn’t really happened over a big time sample size now. Its a little bit harder for the defense to carry them

this year with no sneed too they get a bit exposed on a lot of their infamous blitzes.  Still a dangerous team for sure I wouldn’t say they’ve been ‘exposed’ but they are objectively not as talented as they’ve been in the past

parity has really beaten them up a bit…I don’t think they’re sitting alone in their own tier anymore even come playoff time.

Respectfully, as long as Patrick Mahomes it the quarterback and Andy Reid is the head coach, I don't expect the Chiefs to ever be "exposed" or to be anything other than championship contenders.

The Chiefs -- who, mind you, are likely to have Hollywood Brown and Isiah Pacheco back in the playoffs -- were one 4th and 2 stop away from having a short field to drive for a game winning field goal attempt.

I don't particularly think the Bills exposed anything yesterday. I think their all-world QB just made an all-world play, and had he not done so, the Bills might be 8-3 this morning.
