The story is just the bills won’t ever win the playoff game now though 🤣. Like the chiefs don’t take these ridiculously important afc matchups seriously in the regular season or something. you can maybe sell me on them overlooking the raiders or something like that but they’re not phoning it in in games against the bills and ravens in the regular season lol there’s just no way I was really upset for a few weeks after the loss last year...I told my brother I think we're losing a tough game because are back 7 was so banged up and Von Miller was still working his way back. I truly believe if just Gabe, Benford and Bernard were healthy we would've won the super bowl Kelce had 2 catches for 8 yards today. That's how important Bernard is. Losing Bernard and Benford last year especially in the last two frickin games was brutal That's what is so exciting about this year. We have the division locked up and if need be can rest ppl. KC resting everyone especially Kelce in the last game last year, creating a defacto bye week, was massive in their super bowl run. Edited Monday at 06:44 AM by Kelly to Allen Quote

At that point Allen will be 5-2 vs mahomes since 21.... I guess it will just be buffalo has to win back to back championships. Man hypothetical upon hypothetical. You’re setting yourself up for disappointment. Let’s enjoy this win. We all know the history with this team. Let’s take it easy and see how it goes. 1 Quote

They were the healthiest team by a long shot in the playoffs and it showed. Perfect timing because they were suddenly not a tier above the competition anymore lol having to play wildcard weekend didn’t even affect them much because that dolphins defense was so comically injured that there was no way they were losing that game. Their path to the afc championship was kind of ridiculous I don’t think the bills and dolphins combined could’ve fielded a good defense with all those injuries 1 Quote

One of the most boring playoff games I've ever seen 😂 That game was such a joke. I had zero doubts KC was winning easily. Quote

Completely independent of the bills I really don’t know if the chiefs are gonna pull off the divisional round win if we end up the 2 seed and they’re the 1 so it’s hypothetical in both directions lol that chiefs Steelers Christmas game should be really interesting. Coin toss win over an ok bucs team followed by that walk off blocked fg win against Denver followed by getting outplayed by a pretty banged up bills team is not feelin the same to me as years past for them but you never know. Really felt like the bills left a good amount of points on the field in this one and only briefly trailed by the smallest possible amount Edited Monday at 07:06 AM by Generic_Bills_Fan Quote

GreggTX Posted Monday at 07:38 AM Posted Monday at 07:38 AM We honestly have as good a shot at the Lombardi Trophy as anyone. I have a ton of confidence in Beane right now. He doesn't get enough credit. 2 Quote

GunnerBill Posted Monday at 08:13 AM Posted Monday at 08:13 AM It was never closed. It is open less wide than it has been IMO, and I still think that. Bringing Amari in opened it a touch more. Maybe I have even more confidence after last night too. I think it will be open wider the next couple of years as they develop and hopefully add to this young core, but you always have at least a punchers chance while you have Josh Allen and who knows maybe this is the year we get a bounce or two of the ball in the post season? I always remember Tony Dungy saying he thinks the Colts team that finally broke through was one of his less talented rosters, but they had a unity, a cohesion and a bit of luck that previous Colts teams didn't. 2 Quote
GETTOTHE50 Posted Monday at 09:11 AM Posted Monday at 09:11 AM All I know is that JA17 is on a tear. He is taking the overrated award to heart. The team is taking after him. He’s the best leader and player in all of sports. The Super Bowl ‘window’ has never been more open. Quote
ProcessTruster Posted Monday at 11:02 AM Posted Monday at 11:02 AM Beane rebuilt the roster in 6 months and now , when healthy, have a younger, better, cheaper roster than what they had 12 months ago. Congrats McBeanes. You are still killing it. Now lets keep the roster on the field and go win something. Quote

How is the window shut for 28 year old Allen but wide open for 41 year old Rodgers before the season started??? The media kept repeating it over and over but only for buffalo lol Why is it open for mahomes into infinity but not Allen. It's a weird talking point that is basically something a complete moron says. Welcome to media bias…. they though Allen sucked coming up on the drafting 2018 last year they though Jets woukd compete before Rodgers blew out his knee. I understand some thinking you put in Rodgers in,instead of last years QBs shoukd improve the teams record by 3-4 games 1 Quote
Taro Nimbus Posted Monday at 12:25 PM Posted Monday at 12:25 PM One game at a time. Anything can happen. The Bills however have surpassed everyone’s expectations this year (national media that is) 1 Quote
ryguy101 Posted Monday at 12:34 PM Posted Monday at 12:34 PM never, no matter how good the Bills do the media will always have to say something negative about the Bills 2 Quote
Kmart128 Posted Monday at 12:46 PM Posted Monday at 12:46 PM The people who said the window is closed was just stupid. I did however expect some growing pains. A new younger core. I still think next year will be something special. With Diggs coming off the books Quote

Young core of players at key positions. Josh cementing himself as a top 1-3 QB. Did this year finally kill the “window is closed” talking point? I never hear that kind of talk about the Chiefs or even the Ravens or Bengals. Is it finally dead for the Bills? 8 hours ago, Billznut said: The national media tried to will it into existence before the season. The media said it, for a number of reasons, most of which were not logical, and a bunch of fans latched onto it because they wanted to lower the bar for the team. Fans can be funny like that. A majority of TSW posters thought 2017 was being set up to be a "tank" season by McBeane. It was rather obvious by the extremely veteran roster that they took to camp that they were just going to try to Jauron Ball their way thru the schedule but anticipating an intentionally crafted 4-12 season made it easy for fans to lower expectations and potential disappointment. it wasn't the "national media"..
